However do take note when communicating while getting your orders done correctly and double confirm with what you want. Assuming this shop is busy and has a lot of “orders” to fulfill, they couldn’t make confirmation with your details after the first order. It’s basically, you ask for order, spill what you want in the first place, pay and get your flowers – that’s it. If you like a proper communication service with the sales team , probably reach out to them as many as you could 🙂 I forgot and left the punctuation quotation mark at the end of the card, I thought they will remove it but it’s left in that way. Pravin & her team has been nothing but amazing. Not only they are a team of florists that listen to the client’s needs and wants but they also delivery results. They have done an amazing job for the flower installation displayed at the wedding venue and all of the guests were in awe. All the details have been executed beautifully and our families are very satisfied with their impeccable service. We were truly blessed to have them be the decorators at our wedding and we highly recommend them.
