- Reviews:Nice ambiance here. Would like to rate 5 stars for the environment but not for the cake and coffee that I have ordered. Cake isn’t fresh and you could be able to see them melting in the shell. Can consider this place if you are looking for a quiet place to work in the afternoon. - Reviews:Nice cosy cafe with a friendly and warm team of staff. Brought my family there for breakfast and was greeted with a beautiful Christmas themed deco. 🎄🌟 Food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely a good place to chill and enjoy time spent with loved ones. As we were done, the lady boss arrived to present gifts to the staff and to wish them Merry Christmas. Staff is friendly and helpful in our order. Barista handled our drinks carefully and made effort to make them look nice and taste fantastic. Food is superb and we enjoy it very much. Plenty choices of dishes. But i think is halal cuz i saw the waiter is malay and the menu has no pork dishes. But a little bit expensive. Overall the first experience is good. All food that we ordered are nice. Oh their Strawberry Shortcake so yummy. You should try when you come to this cafe. This cafe suitable for large group gathering also for small group. Means peoples here really willing to spend much. Taste was really ok for the coffee. We ordered both omelette dishes because we wanted to avoid sourdough as I’m making it regularly. The eggs were overcooked and too dried. It supposed to be a bit wet and perhaps 70-80% done instead? Place: standard starbucks outlet, but with fairly limited indoor seats and a few outdoor seats. parking is tough to find. Otherwise, it’s similar in other aspects.
Service: ok la. What one would expect of starbucks outlet. Well trained and efficient. Of cuz no one will complaint if it were faster.
Drinks:
1. Mango on the beach frappucino (RM19.90): nice cooling drink on a hot day. Verdict: Not for diabetics.
Customer service are good at here just the barista need to improve his skills. Order carramel machiato here then I’m not sure why the barista put extra esspresso shot in my drinks that I never ask. He ruins my drinks that I love. Please take action of this matter thank you.
I never really enjoyed being here in particular bcs of the taste of coffee made previously was different like too sweet or over power of shots etc as I’ve been drinking SB for years, but tonight was one of those nights where a staff particularly caught my eye in being the best that he could be. Not only by treating me well with his service but other customers too. His knowledge of coffee is also impressive as he could answered a lot of customer enquiries. Kudos to Syahir and his expertise & hospitality!
This is where I fall in love with my to be ❤️ A very special place in my heart. The ambience is super cook for a hang out or dating. Cozy and super comfy. Friendly staffs , drinks are nice and well prepared. Once we hitched, my to be use to get my favourite cakes with cards for me and deliver them while I am at work. Thank you so much for the great drinks during our first visit here.
Can do work peacefully upstairs but might need to bring headphones, theres some music from the speakers and people tend to talk quite loudly (it is a coffee shop after all)
Toilet hygiene is fine, and the baristas are friendly.
