  3. Clean, the table was wobbly, and we fixed it with a napkin. Service was fast, minimal selection on baked goods as it was 5pm.

  5. Disappointed with the service. Recently visited this location on May 11, 2023 around 11 AM. The two guys working at the front were blatantly disrespectful and made openly rude comments about my appearance and demeanor.

    Please be professional regardless of what personal feelings you may have towards a customer.

    We visited there on may 22 near about 6:30, the lady at the sandwich station was so rude , the worst service. The young man at the counter who took my order was so nice. But that lady need to learn some customer service because we spend our money and we don’t want any attitude in return.

    Could have been better had found this bug crawl over and it was quit big so I reported it to staff they laughed between them selfs and went back to work so I found a third worker and told they laughed and said that’s not good then went back to work with out doing anything. Nit impressed.

    It’s been 3 times I ordered a Egg N Cheese farmers wrap I got it without the hash brown and tbh the service here not the fastest too! You go to the drive through and they make you for 5-7 min to just get your order after you already ordered. All in all disappointed!!

    Definatly the fastest of the 3 Tim Hortons mission has to offer, I usually find myself waiting for what seems like forever at the other 2…. still upset none of the mission Tim Hortons sell frosted cinnamon buns anymore though!

    Watched 4 cars go around me in the drive thru line up because they wouldn’t take the person infront me mes order. Kinda frustrating. Mentioned it and was told it’s just how the system works… just seems silly they don’t alternate which menu they take le orders from

    Worst coffee shop in town. Nothing is fresh at all. Bakery goods are all expired and useless . If you order hot coffee you”ll get cold temp one . Good luck to those who still wants to go and give it a try.

    Slow as molasses on a cold winter day and we’re still in summer here. I can’t believe how slow the service was in the drive through. The car infront of us ordered before us and pulled up after us. And was friends with the person in the drive through so sat and had a conversation for a few mins before driving away after receiving all their food.

    Staff seem to be nice, drive thru line seemed longer so I went in store, ended up taking longer even though 2 people were in front of me. Noise in the lobby is so loud, have to yell when ordering, plexiglass and masks I’m sure only add to the problem. Ordered a bagel and an iced coffee, asked for extra sugar, and got no sugar and bagel was smothered in butter.
