- Reviews:Nice little eatery within downtown Vancouver area. Close to many apartment residence and office. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not many seat are available during rush hours. There is no drive thru as this is a small space. Food looks and taste good. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the sandwich I had purchased, I discovered that the sausage was missing. Despite paying $5.5 for the sandwich, it was not only terrible but also missing a key ingredient. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a brand, and it makes me suspect that the employees are only capable of serving donuts or basic drinks.By 임혜인 (3 weeks ago)If you’re in Canada, go to Tim Horton’s, not starbucks.By 플라잉캠퍼 (a week ago)The staff is kind of illiterate, they have no sense to interact with customers and in fact with their colleagues… They take orders and make fun of customers in their native language so that customers cannot understand what they are saying… The manager is also I don’t know what. she has a negative attitude which looks weird, she pretends to be oversmart and ignores the customer and speaks so loud without a microphone 🎤which completely spoil the peaceful environment, i don’t know why she everytime gives a negative vibe to me. A girl not that tall I don’t know her name but surely starts with ‘K’ she is also always ready to argue, i haven’t seen her happy ever… I don’t know what those people are….. Did not make fresh ones just swapped the bacon out for sausage and tossed the bag on the counter in front of me without a word. This place is spotless clean compared to other Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Their donuts always looked like new and fresh. There are times the wait is longer for sandwiches though.
First time been there, but it never happened in any other locations. We ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwich and 2 drinks. Been waited for so long when not busy at all. First one was burned, so they made another set and then….does it look like a “grilled” cheese sandwich. It’s more like just a sandwich with a slice of cheese and a packed lunch for the kindergarten kid lol. Don’t blame Covid….
It great branch as compared to others and fast delivery and a place to sit outside and inside and must try wrap and coffee that are great to me. Staff is good and everything else is fine.
First I had to wait 15 mins to order harbora chicken wrap Xtra grilled. Later again I had to 15 mins for the wrap, I had to remind my order and later wrap was not extra grilled. Really disappointed 😞
Standard Tim Horton’s taste for the double double I ordered. Service is a bit slower compared to other Tim Horton’s locations but it seemed they were understaffed. Otherwise no complaints and the service I did get was good.
