  1. The staff today was fantastic! The shift was well run, fast and perfect service. The trainee was fast as well, I was really impressed. I had been tasked with the office coffee run around 2pm, and REALLY appreciated that the staff had executed everything perfectly, and was very accommodating for the large order. Very friendly staff, thank you for being so fantastic!

  2. Once again terrible service by their drive thru employees. Employees need to remember customers pay you. Rude young lady today you need to speak to an adult with respect.
    2nd. Quit serving your pizzas through your drive thru. 23 minute wait to get a coffee, drive thru is suppose to be quick service, really 23 mins and please now you have two lanes teach your team members to allow car for car to go through not 3 to 1. Really Erie st when your debit goes down you need to send an employee out to the start of drive thru to let your customers know. What good does it do to tell your customers at the speaker, it’s not like we can drive out. Get with it at this rate you are everything Tim’s shouldn’t be.

  3. My daughter and I patronized this Tim Hortons on Friday, April 7, 2023(Good Friday) We ordered three cilantro lime veggie wraps and two teas. The associate Celina served us at the register and also prepared the food portion of our order. She put on a fresh pair of gloves and placed our wraps directly on top of the cutting boards which were covered in other food debris, then lifted the wraps and brushed off all that debris with her gloves and begin making the wraps. I was able to get her attention and asked if she would be able to prepare our wraps over top of a cleaner surface to avoid cross-contamination from other meat sources(bacteria) and she responded that I should have mentioned something at the register. So I have one question… I now have to ask at the register for my food to be prepared on a clean surface to avoid my daughter, my mom and myself getting food poisoning??!!! Tim Horton’s, what has happened to kindness, respect and quality? Terribly disappointed. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this location.

  5. What a joke this place is. At 6am they “ran out of eggs”. You mean you didn’t order any. The drive thru was dead at that hour. BUT, they offered any of the breakfast sandwiches, less the usually included egg, for the same price lol. Drive thru didn’t care. Typical student attitude.

    Got there at 7:30pm Sunday ,ordered coffee and muffin,was told there were no baked goods. Pulled upto window and inquired again and was told because it was Sunday the church people bought all the baked goods,so everything was gone by noon.Not a good bakery if every Sunday you run out of baked goods.

    Terrible service and order wrong 90% of the time… if they would talk to each other less and pay attention to the task at hand instead of gossiping to one another maybe there’s a chance my order would be correct.. this time its your loss not mine I got the more expensive item for the cost of a cookie… but moral of the story not what I ordered and you lost money!

    If I could give this location a ZERO, I would. The bathrooms were over flowing and disgusting. The floors were wet, muddy and slippery. The food was not made to order correctly, cold and bagels were not even sliced. The lady taking the time bits off the baking try was using her finger nails/fingers to put the timbits into the tray. Just disgusting. This location is gross. I’ve never been to a more disgusting Tim Hortons location in my life!! Barf.

    Have gone thru the drive thru several times this week around 7am and must say theres a new girl (haven’t seen there before until past month or so) that really keeps the line moving fast. Would recommend to anyone in a hurry going to work.

    I was going through drive thru at approximately 9:15am on Jan 30th. My when I got to window she asked me if it was debit or credit. I accidentally said debit because that is normally what I do. I recently just downloaded app o phone and I wanted to use it. She gasp an every large sigh and very clearly rolled her eyes at me. This made me feel terrible. My coworker also commented on how unprofessional that was. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service from this location however it was the first time I felt the need to leave a bad review. I spend a lot of my hard earned money at Tim Hortons and this service is definitely unacceptable. Must be a terrible place to work because the employees look miserable.

    We are 5 people ordered 5 bowl and they said they have quantity for 2 bowl and they gave us 5 bowl with really very much low quantity… They must have made 5 bowls from 2 bowl… When we asked manager, he told in attitude that we are busy and next time call ahead…

    Used drive thru around 4PM…long line up of cars…waited in line for more than 15 minutes…when I arrived at the ordering station, no one was there to take order.after a minute or 2 someone took the order but I had to repeat twice. I also did not notice the order display. Again at the delivery counter, we had to remind for the straw for the iced coffee. Not worth going thru drive-in and staff are distracted (not sure it is because of evening rush) and lack customer service attitude. Have seen better THs elsewhere.

    Forgot buns on my chili soup and made me a double double instead of triple triple I’ve ordered and forgot extra butter for buns on my soup order (another day). I assumed its because this place gets very busy around business hours
