  So they messed up our order, big whoop it happens, no biggie… But, The bathrooms were like, and I say this as a 34 year old man, really icky… And, I mean the whole place was kind of smelly and damp… Like when elderly people are too proud to move out of their home that they built their whole lives in… And they just can’t keep up with the maintenance needs of a decades old multi-level house when they are in their 80s… We need more options for our elderly y’know? Finally, and take a look at the picture, it seems like they put cheese on the outside of our grilled cheese… and then put it in the panini press. Which means the people who worked there opened the panini press saw this, and were like: “nah the customer won’t notice the cheese on the outside of this sandwhich, few customers understand the construction of a sandwhich… They’ll never notice.” Too bad for them I totally understand the bread-protein-bread northern hemisphere sandwich construction system (I also know the southern hemisphere system which is simply the reverse of our northern one). Anyways, suffice to say I was disappointed.

  The people who work here are unable to follow simple requests such as “extra sauce”. I have repeatedly ordered the same foods with and without extra sauce and the difference is minimal. Not only that, they almost always pile the sauce at the bottom of a wrap instead of distributing it throughout the wrap (let’s be honest, it takes less than 2 seconds to fix this, I’ve worked in one of the busiest restaurants in Canada before and we had time to make these changes, so there’s no excuse other than laziness and a lack of care for other people’s food). Or I have requested foods without one sauce and another sauce in its place. 60-80% of the time they will either fail to remove the other sauce and use both sauces or they will simply not add the sauce I’ve requested. These aren’t exactly complex requests even when you’re working in a busy restaurant during rush hour. There is very little quality control at this restaurant. That’s not even to mention that the quality of Tim Horton’s food has severely declined over the past several years. I only eat at this Tim Horton’s because they’re the only restaurant on my way to work that’s reasonably priced and fast to serve customers. If I have time I will go to McDonald’s any day of the week over this Tim Horton’s (or most Tim Horton’s as they all seem to be run similarly [i.e. poorly]). I’m not sure if the owners haven’t received enough complaints or if they simply do not care about the quality of the food that they serve people (a lot of the issues at this restaurant could be fixed with proper training and additional quality control). Considering how often they seem to make small, but significant mistakes (let’s be honest, using the wrong sauce on a sandwich or wrap can make or break it), I have to believe that they’ve received some direct complaints, but the owners/managers have failed to appropriately utilize these criticisms to improve their food quality. If it were up to me, Tim Horton’s would be failing as a business because their focus on quality across chains (in BC anyway) appears to be generally non-existent (even if many of these problems are the fault of individual owners/managers and not strictly corporate, a corporate mandate and program to facilitate quality control throughout their restaurants would go a long way) and they don’t deserve to serve people food. If you have the means, get your food and coffee somewhere else. Don’t contribute to this failing business that doesn’t care about what people actually want when they order food or drinks.

  Not busy at all but the tables were all dirty! We were the only ones in here for about 5 minutes and still no tables were cleaned. Heat was still on and it was 22 degrees out. They were using the cash register that the scanner didn’t work for the Tim points, even though we could see the other one working. My muffin was dry and seemed as if it had been there for a week. I saw at least two other customers leave shaking their head at the grumpy service the young man gave us all. Not impressed at all. We won’t be back.

  Just started working around the corner. Went last week and they did not have the menu item. Went this week and they did not have a different menu item. If you want to spend 20 minutes in a drive through line, this is your place! 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes. By the time I got my food it was cold and stale. Iced coffee was water with cream in it. Will know better than to give Tim Hortons any second chances.

  The staffs in this location are terrible. They are very rude. I live close by and this is where we buy breakfast almost every morning. They messed up my orders many times and I decided to always check my orders before I leave the drive through line. The staffs there told me to leave and check my order in the parking lot and if there is any problem with my order that I should come back. I told them I’m not leaving until I make sure my orders are complete. They shut the window on me and told me my time is up. Like seriously? Come back to the line up that has about 15 people in line while I’m in a hurry not to be late for work. The staffs need to do better

  I understand they want fast service, but orders taken are not correct and they make the customers in drive thru to be fast. The glazed for timbits are so thin that it’s yucky to eat the timbits. I paid the right price but my orders are incorrect. They have to work fast AND take the orders correctly.

  This location does not follow company standards. I had terrible coffee, awful chilli and the worst croissants ever! I’ve been going to Tim Hortons since 1982. I grew up in the city where it all began. I had my first coffe at the first Timm Hortons on Ottawa Street in Hamilton, ON. Ive been a fan and regular ever since. When i say this location is off in many ways. I know what im talking about.

  Waited for 15 minutes to order, didn’t have anybody in front of me, nobody said Hello or anything to me the Staff walked forth and back without even lifting their Heads just to acknowledge that they know a Customer is waiting to be served. I decided that was enough time to wait and walked out of Tim Hortons.

  Absolute garbage service. I work in fast food myself, and know for a FACT that leaving a lobby full of customers for almost 10 minutes without acknowledging a single one of them is unacceptable. Once finally acknowledged we had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 beverages.
