- Reviews:Went through drive thru today (Thursday Feb 9th 1pm) waited literally 15 minutes (timed) for a coffee and a donut, upon receiving said coffee and donut, the donut was edible, my coffee however, came with a lid that wreaked of cheap perfume/cologne effecting the taste of what should have been a delicious coffee. Do better guys. Tim Hortons policy states no fragrances (I am a former employee of Tim Hortons) the fact they can’t follow that simple rule makes me second guess eating/drinking anything from that location. I was really disappointed today because my quencher had been made with water instead of lemonade. I could tell because it was very bland and just tasted like watered down concentrate. My only complaint is I have a severe allergic reaction to tomatoes and it seems like 7 out of 10 times I order a turkey bacon club or breakfast BELT and request no tomato there seems to be tomato on my sandwich causing me to have to throw the sandwich away! I end up wasting my money and having to go somewhere else to get food unfortunately.By Ryan (a month ago)My family and I drive by this location every weekend we go to the trailer. We recieved good service once, out of many times. After many times of ordering a bagel with butter and cheese, and receiving a dry bagel, I decided to check this time before driving off. As you can see in the second picture the bagel was pretty much dry. The only reason why it has any colour is because I had it sitting with the cheese on it for a while before taking the picture (you can tell because of the straight line). So I waited for the employee to open the window and politely asked if I can have more butter on my bagel please, then showed her there was none there. She was nice enough to say that because of covid she couldn’t take the bagel back and would have to make a new one (this is understandable). To which I responded “if you don’t mind that would be great”. When she closed the window I heard a lot of bickering back n forth. She then gave me another bagel and the first picture clearly shows the maturity level of the people that work there. It’s obvious that they intentionally put more butter than was needed, and even put a bunch on the outside of the bagel. If this was a one time problem it could have been overlooked. But as I said before there is always issues at this location and I’ve even witnessed other customers screaming at employees because of problems they have had. I would not recommend going here!! There are other locations nearby. I understand being in the food industry is not easy, which is why I always tip well for good service. But the service and conduct here is disgusting and the owner or manager really needs to step up and fix it! - Reviews:I went through the drive thru to get a bagel for breakfast and I have never experienced this before, but when I opened it up the bagel was so badly burnt the bottom of the bagel itself was flaking off. Drive thru is full of PAN HANDLERS that look wired on drugs. If you’re an outta towner, stay clear of this particular Tim Hortons unless you want to be bothered for money!!
The drive-thru at this location is the slowest one I have ever gone through!
There was only 4 people in line ahead of me and it took over 15 minutes between the time my order was taken at the speaker to the the time I made it to the window; then an additional 10 minutes at the window for my order. With wait times like that, your order should at least be at the window waiting for you…
Also, the attitude of the person working the window was horrible.
Your team really needs to work on their timing. When it’s not busy, there is no reason for times like this.
I don’t know how many times I’ve went in there and waited for my mobile order and everyone at the front counter getting their orders and I’m still waiting for my mobile order. Or they’ll have my coffees there and then I gotta wait another 10 minutes to get my muffin because they didn’t finish the order. I just came from there at 12:30 AM and I could see people inside but nobody answered me in drive-through. But when I called, they answered! If there was a different Tim Hortons close by, I would be going to that one because that place is getting bad!
Tonight i was coming to work and the rude lady working on drive thru service …first didnt understand what i was asking for..then say nothing open the door and slammed the door on my face. She absolutely has no authority to spoil my morning..so whoever is the manager please take it seriously this is not a costumer service at all. I want only a nice smile and hii from you..please be polite with your costumers. 🙏🏻
This location needs some attention to detail. Visited today and had to use the washroom. Garbage all over the floor, not to mention dirt and stains everywhere, the lights were flashing to the point it could give some people seizures. I don’t usually complain about public washrooms since they are that, public washrooms. But this place is aTim Hortons and should be cleaned at least once a day, to which it was evident it hadn’t been cleaned In a while.
And to top it off, you need to be buzzed into the bathroom from what I assume is gue to unwanted guests doing unwanted things in there.
