a month agoI was so disappointed about my visit to this location. The service was nul an void. The chicken nuggets was burned and hard and my pot pie was so beautiful outside but hollow on the inside. The icing on the cake was I found a bone in my pot pie. I hate to see franchises not being up to their reputation of being good but in Africa America communities they’re a mess.a month agoOnly 6 fries in my order of funnel cake fries, no sides with my combo, doors were locked so I had to wait an extra 15 min in the drive thru again to get my food. While waiting in line 3 different people walked up to my car and asked for a dollar.3 weeks agoThe dinning area was closed today,so I had to go through the drive thru, I drive about 15 minutes to get chicken potpies and one time they had none & another time they had no chicken in them. But they seem to be pretty nice. Also, I never get the price at the drive thru, only at the window. I hate that I have to call before I go get potpies because I don’t want to make that drive for nothing.2 months agoUsually the app makes you come in to pick up instead of the drive thru ,which I think is stupid. Today,I was prepared to pick up inside and guess what? It’s closed and you can only go through the drive thru and the line is all the way to the street. Most of the time, the employees have terrible attitudes, especially the ones who take the order at the speaker.4 months agoWhen I walked in, there were several people waiting and no one at the front to greet customers or take orders. There were at least 4 or 5 employees scurrying around behind the food prep counter, as if too busy to look up and notice new customers walking in. I instantly assumed that the store had run out of chicken, but I was never notified that was the issue. I stood at the register & waited at least 10 mins before my order was taken. I showed the female employee (no name tag) what I wanted using the KFC app on my phone since the safety barrier seemed to interfere with her hearing me and definitely interfered with me hearing her. She charged me for something different than what I wanted and thought to refund and do a new sale to fix it. At this point, I asked to speak with the manager because not only had I waited a very long time to put my order in, but it was taken incorrectly and more time and inconvenience would be needed to resolve what seemed a simple fix (to give me a courtesy drink for the one that I wasn’t charged for). The manager never came to speak with me!!! It took another 10 mins to get my order and convince another male employee (no name tag) to give me a courtesy cup to go with my 3pc Meal ($10.33). The food was delicious and hot (as I have come to minimally expect), but the service and attitude at this location needs much improvement! How hard is it to just communicate with patrons on what the status of the store and wait is?!

3 weeks agoLook at this greasy @$$ famous bowl I just received from them and the wait on the drive thru took forever. They randomly locked the doora with customers inside and won’t let anybody in so I’m not sitting in the driver thru again to get this fixed. I’m calling corporate.a week agoSeemed like some big wigs were there and the food was hot and fresh but they still managed to get the order wrong. Had to go back to get it corrected. At least they fixed it with out a fuss.6 months agoChileee , I ordered a 2 piece and he told me one price but when I got to the window the price increased. I asked how and he said it’s bc he rung me up wrong and had to correct it. I checked the bag and it’s a 3 piece .. and this is the 3 piece that I didn’t ask for 😂 anyways the next person at the windows was very nice and gave me another 2 piece . The right order but those were the mashed potato’s 💀like ew2 weeks agoEvery menu item I ordered was delicious and fresh. The Manager was very professional as well. Would definitely come to this location in a heartbeat.2 months agoJust went through drive through to vet the $20 box… Unacceptable. I did not get a receipt. The “nuggets” are tenders CUT into small pieces. The fries are OLD. There is nothing appetizing in how they look. The site says you get a choice of sauces. Nope. They just put them in there. I called the restaurant and it just rang on and on. I won’t be back and won’t recommend.

This was my first visit to this location. Just happened to be Wednesday – 3 piece, two sides, biscuit, and drink for $6.99. Went around 145p. No line in the drive thru. Quick in and out. Most likely visiting again for the Wednesday special.
Update: I went back two weeks later around the same time and ordered the same special. This time chicken was a bit dry. Potatoes were lumpy. Unfortunately, they were out of tea, so I ordered punch but tasted like it had no sugar. I’m not sure if it was the chicken or the potatoes, but after eating something, I had a soapy aftertaste.
Went to KFC last night, there wasn’t a line so we thought that the food would come out quickly. We were wrong, ended up waiting 30 mins for 4 snack wraps and a pot pie. Why it took so long was because the lady on the register said that the pot pies were in the oven and it would be a 2 min wait. But in reality she meant a 22 min wait. So we waited for over 30 mins. The guy that finally handed us the food said that the pot is going to be worth it. When we got the food, it was mediocre. So honestly i don’t think you should wait 30mins for anything in a fast food menu.
Those new nuggets are small. Don’t waste your time. I spent $44.00, and I wanted my money back. I will not pull up to another one .
feel like i aged a decade in the insanely slow drive through but i was craving their biscuits and some tenders so i waited. food was hot, fresh and tasty though so better than waiting 15 mins for old food. however, i’m just seeing i was charged exactly $2 more than told at the ordering mic. i see what y’all are doing, an extra $2 a person adds up!! 😒
Me and my girlfriend came in a few minutes before the store closed on Sept. 2nd because we got off of work late. We felt bad for coming so late, but London was one of the sweetest and most genuine fast food workers I’ve ever met. They were apologetic when they were out of the menu item I ordered, and replaced it without me really even asking. Really made our night, and London deserves literally everything. We hope they’re there next time we come by 🙂
