a month agoMacy’s at the Cumberland Mall has a wide variety of quality clothes. It’s just poorly laid out and managed. No one to return items from the fitting room area meant it was overcrowded with items. Items were on the floor or poorly hung in other areas. They need more staff and a pro-active management team.3 years agoSome of the nicest sales associates anywhere work at this store! They have really enhanced the shoe department and the formal dress department is a dream, clean, easy to find the dresses by color and brand. I won’t shop anywhere else for formal dresses, so well maintained.a year agoWow I didn’t plan to shop At Macy’s but met TK and Ms Betty at the men fragrant counter and decided to buy some cologne for my brilliant, handsome and loving son who just started College and when I say these two ladies are professional, knowledgeable, cordial and very helpful because the prices were reasonable and the free gifts were great. Guess what 15%off and got $10.00 extra because of my Macy’s credit card. If you’re around that area just stop by and ask for those two exceptional ladies and say hi for me❤️❤️. My College Student just saw them now and he’s over excited for the colognes because it smells greata month agoLike normal, Macys was clean and the employees were nice. I was able to find what I needed quickly and get out of there before the Sunday rush. I love how organized and clean the store was. Will be returning.2 months agoDon’t see how this place has a good rating. The employees are extremely rude. Literally spoke to some and got nothing but a dirty look. I asked one for help and she didn’t even look up to talk to me. The worst was one that actively refused to make eye contact when my wife and I needed help but went out of her way to talk to other employees when they walked by. Rather drive cross town then come back here.

I always like and support Macy’s. This is a shop for the people by the people. They have the best variety of goods with fair prices and nice discounts. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Atlanta store might not be at the level of NYC or Chicago, but it is still up there, among the best shopping experiences you will ever have. Love Macy’s!
The women’s bathrooms are disgusting. There is either water or urine on the floor. Even the seats have urine all over them. I realize you cannot clean them every hour but at least every 3 would be nice.
It does not look nor smell as if it has been cleaned in days. Macys please do better about cleaning your bathrooms for women.
This once great store has been reduced to a disgusting hole that I would not allow any of my friends or family to shop at.
I love Macys and also was a former employee many years ago but my visit yesterday left the worst taste in my mouth. I went to find a pair of pumps and I selected two off the rack and asked the rep if I could get the other one to the pair she told me her shift was ending and the other girl (white shirt) was gonna check me out. Before the Hispanic woman left she brought the wrong size of shoe out but realized so she went to get the right one then came back and told me they didn’t have my size. She was leaving because her shift was over so I asked if there wasn’t another foot to the one that was on display because the display was my size. The girl in the white shirt snapped on me and visibly made it obvious she was annoyed by my question saying the other foot gets lost we don’t have it without even checking. So I responded taken a back by her tone that I was just asking. She didn’t apologize and ignored me while she checked out someone else. I waited patiently for her to finish and picked a similar style to the shoe I wanted off the rack and when she was done with the other customer I asked if they had my size in the alternative shoe. She snatched shoe from me and walked off sighing and huffing. She didn’t let me know where she was going or if she was checking just continued to display her despicable behavior. I waited for a good 10 minutes for her to come back and when she did she threw a box on the counter with one shoe in it and attempted to walk off while saying the other shoe is over there somewhere in reference to the rack , so at this point I know she’s purposely being rude and so I said can you get it ? She says no no I can’t , waving me off and still walking away so I called after her and requested a manager. She did not acknowledge me or my request and had me standing there for a very long time while she helped customers who were after me . i called the corporate office to try to get in touch with a manager . Eventually she came back with a manager and while I was explaining to the supposed manager she started yelling over me while I was explaining what happened . The manager was very dismissive and acted like she didn’t care to hear what I was explaining. She didn’t reprimand the employee or apologize for the length of time I waited to the overt dismissal and disrespect I received from the employee she did nothing to try to make me feel valued as a customer. I don’t feel someone who feels that comfortable disrespecting a customer just because their having a bad day and decided to come to work should be able to get away with that and that manager needs some training on customer satisfaction. They still ended up checking me out the wrong size of shoes and I just noticed this morning when I got up to head to the office and the shoes are slightly too big. I’m so disappointed with my experience and the horrible customer service I received yesterday
Macy is the place where you purchase authentic stuff at the most reasonable prices. If they don’t have it they will get it and ship it to you. The customer service here is second to none. Great store.
