2 weeks agoThe Costco Food court did an outstanding job for me today! At first the kiosk wasn’t operating properly. Nathaniel came, and helped me walk through with processing my payment. Then they quickly baked two pizzas in 12 minutes!!! Might I also say that they are very tasty and for only 9.95 plus tax brought the total to 21.76!!!! Gotta say for the price this pizza is a Steal! I mean come on, these things are monstrous!! Thanks again Costco for making tonight an Easy win with great pizza, Fresh and fast!a month agoI recently had an amazing visit to Costco, and I just had to leave a positive review! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the incredible selection of products. Whether it was groceries, electronics, or household items, Costco had it all.The staff at Costco was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Their exceptional customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The quality of the products at Costco is top-notch. I was impressed by the variety of brands available and the reasonable prices. It’s a one-stop-shop for all my needs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.
The spacious layout of the store made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Plus, the samples and food court offerings added an extra touch of delight to my visit. I appreciated being able to try different products before making a decision.

in the last weekThis Costco is always busy on the weekends, but it’s run so well that you usually have no issues getting in and out. The workers are friendly, and they do a great job with keeping the self checkout flowing smoothly.a month agoI was having trouble getting a VERY important prescription filled at nearby pharmacies. Just as I was about to give up, I called Costco as they were around the corner. I had assumed they were also out of stock of insulin during my buildup to call. When I was connected with the pharmacy, I spoke with a lady and she was extremely helpful. I was informed that they would be able to help me through the whole process of verifying inventory and helping transfer my e script at another location.I kid you not, this lady was an angel. Just when I thought I lost hope, she was able to ensure me that everything would be ok in a timely manner. The previous pharmacies, not to be named, told me they would have a very common prescription on stock the following day. After 5 days of follow up, I started seeking other options as I was running out of time.
Aside from having the medication in stock and needing it, the interaction I had was excellent. A true definition of customer service would summarize my interaction. I look forward to switching pharmacies to Costco moving forward. Thank you for being human
4 months agoWell this is highly disappointing. I was excited to open my candles and much to my dismay not one or two but Three candles were already burned?!!!! That’s beyond frustrating. Imagine if you were shopping from many counties away and got home to find this– it’s annoying enough I live in Shawnee and will have to drive back if i want this fixed. This feels like a 1 star but I genuinely like the Lenexa Costco…. Annoyed very very annoyed. Check your candles y’all!

5 months agoThe pizza here is 10/10 compared to Sam’s club and the Costco on 95th St in Lenexa. At this location they don’t over do the cheese where it just slides off the pizza and its so greasy that the dough is soaked in grease.4 months agoI loved the parking space. it’s very spacious. All the products are best in quality. Good collection of clothes with nice quality and less price3 weeks agoCOSTCO is located at 123rd and Blue Valley Parkway in Overland Park, KS. It is a busy warehouse of commodities for family and businesses with well supplied items from Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Breads, Chips and Nuts, Coffee, Oils and Packaged dried fruits, Pop, frozen fish, meats, Paper Products, Vitamins, Allergy Products, Fresh Flowers and Plants in the Spring, limited clothing, electronics, some high priced jewelry and more, like SEASONALDECORATIONS. Fresh, frozen items. Dairy and Eggs. There is an on-site Pharmacy, an Optical section and Hearing Service. PLUS, a fast food area with pop. Wheelchair accessible. Disabled Accessibility with Motorized carts and big push carts. Ample Parking. 08-06-2023. Mgb.3 weeks agoThe carry all the brands that we care about. Sometimes the prices are pretty competitive. We really like the Kirkland brand batteries which we feel like are Duracell or energize are under the covers. I have never enjoyed the checkout process and I don’t like that they require debit cards2 months agoButcher shop routinely runs out of basic things like ground beef and filets. It’s not that hard to cut and pack in advance to be ready for busy weekend.

These pictures are of the Sanus tv mount 360 full rotation. I live this location because it always carries Top Brands at least 25-40 percent off. I would comment on the rotisserie chicken and the food court… but we all know that it’s Amazing. $1.50 for hotdog and drink🔥

Costco, love it or hate it. We love it. The quality of the products is great for the price. Customer service is as good as it gets. We have our particular items we get regularly and look for those unique items. Keep an eye open for the discounted items. We have found some amazing deals.
Love Costco. Always find fresh produce and their bakery is fantastic. They have a lot of different food products that I love. Their bottled lemonade is fantastic!
Breaks my Heart to write this type of review for my FAVORITE franchise Wholesale store location. Can’t believe my husband was treated with FULL DISRESPECT at the food court today. We ordered a Strawberry Sundae which should include Strawberry syrup and Strawberry chunks BUT end up with a cup of just plain Strawberry ice cream. I truly understand being busy and messing up orders with multiple items but this is ONE single item. At around 7:30pm on Tuesday 08/29…what is UNACCEPTABLE is the DISRESPECT that my husband received from a “not sure her name but Tall African American lady who works the front,” stating why u take the ice cream if it’s not correct. Well excuse me but WHO is the customer and FYI, I’m the one who ordered and he picked up from what you gave my husband. So whose fault is it to mess up a VERY simple one item order? All we asked is to make it right, how hard is it? We don’t need the EXTRA UNNECESSARY DRAMAS that brings COSTCO reputation downhill. Costco don’t HIRE/PAY employees to disrespect customers and chase them away to Competitors like SAM’S CLUB! I love Costco BUT this type of behavior is Ridiculously UNACCEPTABLE and need to be addressed accordingly or else expect to lose more and more customers to Competitors.
