Chris came promptly, looked at our heaters, quoted a good price, and promptly began the work. Five hours later, we had new water heaters and hot water! Chris was the most professional installer I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an expert in his trade. He explained the work, answered all questions, and was very friendly. I recommend ABACUS 100% and if Chris is your installer, you are in for a treat!

The plumber came and wanted to start opening up walls mind you these guys don’t charge for opening walls. I had told him the problem was underground but he still wanted to start opening up the walls even though my home did not have any water leaks it was on the outside. So imagine being charged $1,700 for a sloppy job. Also he fixed it with pex piping instead of pvc which it previously had. I’m writing this review to be aware of what kind of quality of work these people do. Imagine getting charged $1,700 and leaving sloppy work!! Get someone else
I would say 1000% worth it over any service our warranty sends us. Spending a bit more money? yes. but so responsive, quick, and we have had two technicians Tyler and Adrian that have been so helpful and kind! It’s just so nice and relieving to get genuinely nice and helpful people when you’re in a stressful situation. In our case no A/C in 105 degree Houston weather with a 4 month old! Would recommend

Raul and Artemus installed my unit in the blazing heat in an old house that has issues, not an easy job but they did it really well, paying attention to detail, very skilled and cared about the work. One piece of equipment was missing a bolt and they immediately had brand new equipment hot shotted to complete the job. Highly recommend.
