- Reviews:My daughter has been a student of Mohler Dallas since she was 4 yrs old, she is almost 9 now. Coach Paul is an amazing coach. He is the foundation of my daughter’s love for jiu jitsu. Coach Cameron, Dylan, and Benny are all amazing as well. Seeing my daughter enjoy this sport so much, with the help of these coaches, has been amazing. Coach Benny has dedicated himself in making sure every child learns. We just started my youngest daughter with Coach Paul, and his passion is equally amazing as it was 5 years ago with my oldest. Highly recommend this gym to all parents. Self defense is priority. The instructors were as attentive and helpful as possible, really maximized our training time. Multiple classes to fit any schedule. The level of detail is top notch. Lockers, showers, and best of all everything is clean. Nothing is worse than rolling at a dirty gym. Perfect environment to learn jiu-jitsu, boxing, muay thai or wrestling. I have been a bjj student of Professor Mohler’s for over 5 years and my only regret is that I didn’t train with him sooner. The beauty of it is, it’s cuzy place so I do have a change to get excellent interaction with professor and he’s very much paying attention to everyone, knowing everyone with name and it’s absolutely like a home and family. Very European style which I really like. Clean and organize. I definitely recommend this place for starting jiujitsu journey. And wow! while his growth in these areas has been apparent, he’s gaining so much more. He’s made new friends and becoming more self assured and disciplined. To their credit Coach Gerardo and Coach Sebastian maintain a friendly learning environment and make their classes fun. Most impressive is their ability to distill complex moves down for children. The language they use, the explanations they provide, the one on one time they give conveys the technical at a kid’s level. I’ve described to family and friends the ways in which my son has grown and how fortunate we are to have found 5 Elements. The coaches have the necessary skill set as accomplished black belts, more than this it’s their unique ability to connect with children and teach that sets them apart from other instructors.By james harris (2 weeks ago)We are very happy we found 5 elements studio. we have been coming for about 4 months now and my daughter has loved it so much. It’s helped her to be more social and open up in speaking up for herself. It has also help her push herself and show her she is capable of doing what she set her mind to. AMBJJ is heaven sent! My son needed both an outlet for his energy and discipline at the same time. This establishment produces both! They are affordable and the staff works with you to make sure your kid stays in the program. We love them and will be here for a long time!
