Read very carefully over your contract, ideal image is known to mislead. ie during covid lockdowns, businesses were shutdown and appointment’s canceled. Once they reopened it took 2 months to get an appointment and when I scheduled a future appointment they told my that contract had expired so instead of getting 10 sessions I only received 7 total – $2500 later. I tried to book a warranted appointment and was told the warranty sessions are now $150 instead of $75 which I should be grandfathered. Never again!! I have been going to SEV for laser hair removal, and I can tell you the price is dirt cheap, lasers very effective and painless! The technician didn’t completely cover my entire face; he was only hitting spots instead of targeting the entire facial area. I had a great first experience with SEV Laser. They were super fast for responding and professional for setting up my first appt. The woman who did my laser hair treatment was very good at her job, explained everything very clearly for a newbie like me. I was in and out very quickly. Great pricing as well. Looking forward to using them for my next treatments.
My laser hair removal experience here has been nothing but great! All the techs that worked with me were amazing. I’m moving out of Dallas but I certainly recommend everyone to absolutely try this place—prices are fair and the service is great. I never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my appointment.
I did about 8 sessions with them and have noticed significant changes. Love this place! 🙂
I highly recommend SEV Laser for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous about this process and was so lucky to get Coco as my technician. She is phenomenal and makes the experience as comfortable, easy, and painless as possible. Also – the results are AMAZING. I have only been 3 times and have noticed a significant difference in my treatment areas. Will forever go to Coco and SEV for my laser hair removal needs!!!
I’m so happy that I started going to SEV for laser treatments. I started with Brazilian & full face but over time have added other treatment areas because of the amazing results.
FYI: Be early/ right on time to your appointment to avoid being rescheduled. I drive almost 50 minutes and have almost been turned away due to arriving a few minutes late. They are very busy and have a packed schedule so just keep that in mind.
Also, they will add your preferred technicians on your profile but will not notify you until 24 hours before the appointment that you are with someone else. I have had 4 technicians and would rather be rescheduled (with my 2 preferred technicians) than to be serviced by the other technicians that I am not familiar with/ dislike their technique and/or service. Ex:48 hours before my appointment they told me that neither of my preferred technicians were working that day so I’ll be with someone else but when I came in I was with my preferred technician… I wonder what that was about. 🤔
Overall, I’m very happy with SEV and I do hope that they will open new locations in the future!
I absolutely love this location and all the employees! They are always kind, and very helpful. The technicians make you feel comfortable and talk you through everything, as well as answer any questions/concerns you have. I have al has felt comfortable in all my appointments!
I am so happy with the results too! After the first session I saw a huge difference and absolutely will be continuing to get more services after the one I’m doing now!
