2 weeks agoStaff was very friendly and attentive. Price for a basic wash was reasonable. The only issue I had was that 2 of the 3 vacuums I tried using didn’t work and 2 of the air compressors weren’t working.a month agoAll good. I don’t know how to leave a tip when I use a card to pay for a basic wash. The office doesn’t keep cash according to the sign. When I figure it out I’ll leave a big tip to make up for it. I like being able to vacuum and pitch trash afterwards myself. It’s pretty efficient. The service folks are kind. Lots of pollen this year!2 months agoHad a monthly membership with these guys for a long time now. They have always been decent. Today I had my truck go through the wash and come out with a bunch of oily residue on the hood and windshield. Elijah, the person apparently in charge at that time refused to run it through the wash again. I can’t use my membership more than once a day. Apparently even if their car wash leaves a safety hazard like this. He had one of the employees climb up on my tire and lean on my hood to clean it by hand without asking me a thing. Yes I would love for you to climb all over my brand new truck guys…. It still didnt come off so now I’m scrubbing it off myself because all the customer service number could do is text me a wash code at some point in time while I’m already having to head back to work. What an absolute shame of an employee to have. Ignored me while I was trying to talk to him and ask questions. Other employees were sitting there dumbfounded that he wouldn’t run it through again as well.4 months agoThis location is very clean, and kept up nice. The employees are helpful and friendly.
Just be careful if you purchase the monthly membership. Be sure to have them give you a PHYSICAL RECEIPT and KEEP it in your car.
The tag they give you for your car is not proof of purchase. If we hadn’t had the receipt the manager would have let us through one time, but didn’t believe that we paid for the membership, even when we showed him the charge on our bank account.

5 months agoI was wanting more cleaning on my undercarriage and was watching the people go through the automatic wash to see how it was done. The manager came up to me asked me what I needed, explained in detail how the automatic wash does the undercarriage and then allowed me to use the hand wash for free to get any spots missed by the automatic wash. Very good customer service. I will be back!3 months agoGood Touchless car wash. It worked really well formy tonneau cover and truck. The only thing I wasn’t in for was paying for a drying cloth at the vending machine or no free vacuum after washing. Apart from that, it’s a good little place.5 months agoEvery time I go here my card is charged twice in different amounts. It seems intentional because of how many times it has happened. The car wash itself would be worth it if I were charged appropriately…6 months agoLove that there is a touchless car wash available and here are the pros and cons.
Pros = (1) it cleans the sides of the vehicle well (2) and it’s able to spray almost the whole car without leaving any spots (some of the middle is missed)
Cons = (1) it doesn’t clean the front of the car well enough. There are still multiple spots left from leaves etc. (2) the back of the vehicle is still wet after trying to maneuver through the dryer
If the owner is reading, is it possible to fix these or have the manufacturer fix these?

I like that Mister Carwash is expanding. Convienent for users since a lot more people are going to Mister Carwash. Quick. I believe its a good price if you pay for unlimited car wash per month. Wash your vehicle however many times you want.
Car came put clean as any other automatic car wash place. Price was reasonable. Staff attendants were friendly. Vacuum cleaners were sub par, much better vacuums other places. Compressed air is available, which is nice.
I enjoy this car wash. Everyone is friendly. But pricey for the results. Today I got the $23 wash and it didn’t get all the big guys off my car from a weekend trip and it also never fully dries my car so make sure to have microfiber towels handy. Otherwise it’s a good car wash.
I have no complaint with Master Car Wash. It is my own responsibility how I kept my vehicle clean inside out.???? It doesn’t matter how less $ or high $, I pay for the service.
If people are not satisfied with the service wash your own vehicle at the high-pressure car-wash on your own ????????. Or it’s like eating at a restaurant and the restaurant is so busy the waiters are trying to keep up with the service and customer’s would complain about their table service. There will be always something wrong overcooked meat, etc. If that is the case, cook for the family at home???????? ☺️
