Top roller brush didn’t wash behind my cab rear window, nor wash top of tool boxes along top of rear bed. Dirty, green pollen on my white pickup. It should have rolled along the contours of my cab and top rails of rear bed. Tells me out of adjustment. The imigrant worker couldn’t understand me when I explained they had a problem.
Went to Granslam, $12 drive through wash with very thorough pre wash prep, and hand wipe down after drive through.
My go to place for car wash now. Grandslam!5 months agoI did the $8 drive through, still, I expected a heck of a lot better! Only my windshield and rear window were “prewashed”. There are still pollen spots all over them and all windows and car. Vacuum worked well, but, the end wasn’t small enough to reach all spaces.a year agoBarely got off any of the grime or bugs. Car was still completely dirty when I left. Not really sure how they feel like they actually are cleaning the cars. Overall, money wasted

I used it on my way home from this place & it made my car cleaner.4 months agoYesterday took my truck to Ocean Express League City to have the outside detailed. Picked up the truck later that afternoon, when I got home and inspected several things was wrong. From the sunroof forward never got wax, sunroof glass was not clean, driver side, passenger side lower panel and my grill never got any wax. My truck is black and chrome so it would not be difficult to see for the person or persons who detailed the truck. I was not impressed by the work which was done, I will try somewhere else next time I need an exterior detail.5 months agoGot the best wash they had… Removed the paint from the roof in front of my Jeeps sunroof. Scratches in side paint, their rollers must be full of dirt. Didn’t notice any of this until I got home, and of course you know it would be a fight. Not like the rims were really cleaned the couple of times I used them anyhow.

3 months agoThese guys were awesome! Never had any of my cars professionally detailed. I am a traveling healthcare worker and just got back from up north with all the snow and salt. A family member recommended this place and location. This was a great experience! They took care of every nook and cranny. I definitely recommend them and I most certainly will be back. Thank you to a good team!a week agoWent in to get a full detail ($200), dropped the car off at 930am and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I arrived back at 12pm and was told the car isn’t ready. When asking the people actively working on the car for a time frame I was told to check inside, when I walked in the lady inside told me to ask them outside. Finally, someone was able to provide a time frame of 20 more min. We sat and waited for an hour, car still not ready. The vehicle was not ready until 1:50PM, 2 hours after the originally quoted time. When picking the vehicle up, there were plastic covers on the seats so it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the logo on the back of the seat had been completely ruined during this process somehow, I’m currently in the process of selling this vehicle so I wanted to make sure it was in the best cosmetic condition possible. Additionally, I now have a dash light on my car for an airbag sensor, this was not on until driving my vehicle away. I thought paying $200 would be every nook and cranny is taken care of and handled with care. The trunk of the car doesn’t even look like it was wiped down, the gear shift wasn’t wiped down completely, the floorboards weren’t completely cleaned. I am very disappointed in this entire experience and would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you’re wanting anything more than a machine wash. Save your money.2 months agoThis is a good drive-thru fill service carwash. Prices just went up, as did everything. The details are ok, nothing exceptional, but not bad. Overall it’s less than a regular full-service car wash, and the job is satisfactory.2 weeks agoTerrible customer service. Went for an oil change and halfway home I hear scraping and clanking underneath the car. Pull over, look underneath, and the skid plate under the oil pan is hanging by 1 bolt (should be held up by 4). Had to take it off completely and order 3 new bolts from the dealership. Returned the next day for the manager to say 1 was loose already and not sure what happened to the other 2 but no we can’t refund you. Additional time and money spent and no customer appreciation or service. Won’t be back and would recommend you go elsewhere too.4 months agoThis place is slow. On top of that my tire was fine till I got there! Then I got a nail! When they where drying my car my pressure gone so low I wouldn’t have made it down the road without getting air!
The manager was rude and because of that my friends and I will never go here.
On top of that they charge way to much for services that could be better.

Best automatic carwash I’ve ever been to. Update 09.10.22 – This place is as busy as ever, but I’ve never minded waiting since it usually does such a good job. This time was different though. Unfortunately, where I park sometimes at work allows the birds to sit above my truck. I went through the wash and selected the $16 (top one) wash. When I got out of the wash, I went to the vacuums. This is when I noticed that my truck had not gotten very clean in several spots. See photos, not sure if I just got unlucky or if something has changed with the quality…
I’ve been coming here for years.They got free vacuums! The drive through machine wash is normally pretty quick and they offer different levels of service from a basic wash to UV protection, hot wax and tire shine. And the end they have blowers to dry the vehicle. The only issue I have ever had here is in Love bug season the machines have a difficult time removing them.
Was visiting family in league city area, and my car needed a wash. Normally i hand wash it but was unable to on this road trip. In the past I’ve had bad experiences at drive thru washes and was hesitant to do so, but I was very impressed with the results at Blue wave. Not a spot was missed, I got the package with hot wax and was very surprised that it beaded so well. Car looked great! The vacuums were very powerful and well maintained. Overall the entire experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and next time I’m in the area, I will return to Blue wave car wash.
The carwash does a pretty good job, and they have free vacuums and compressed air for use after the wash. The air is real strong, great for getting water out of those cracks, and it has a rubber tip so you won’t scratch your car.
I was visiting my family in Texas for about a month and bought a membership from Big Mike who took care of my 2021 VW and made sure it shined up nicely.
The wash is gentle on the pain. You can drive thru again if the weather turns bad after a visit. Ask for Big Mike if you stop by.
