3 months agoThis place is so unbelievably beautiful. The architecture, the little details, all the way down to the casing on the lights. It has both a coastal vibe as well as a feeling of times long gone past. Stepping outside on the patio you can see gorgeous scenery everywhere you look. From the lighthouse is to sail boats out on the horizon, even pelicans which will come right up to you resting on the rocks. Simply beautiful.a year agoA charming little place over-looking the bay. Very quaint, no frills room that was comfortable and homey with cute decor and a gas log fireplace. We were within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the boardwalk. The place was quiet, clean, and very welcoming Others commented on the hot water, the issue is the valve is in upside down, so turn it so the water just comes on and all the hot water you need will flow. We stayed in room #2 with a balcony over-looking the water, a perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee. On the first floor, there is a refrigerator and a microwave, but a mini fridge and microwave in the room would have been a small addition that would have made the stay perfect. My only complaint is that we did not have more time to spend here.a year agoIt was a bit cold in the offseason when we went for a work trip. We were able to visit the boardwalk nearby and a few of the restaurants in the area. The best part of the stay was the view from the shared space on the back deck. You can hear many of the other guests coming and going and in their rooms as well. There was significant road construction getting in which made coming and going to places a challenge at times.10 months agoPier is non existence and makes the property look bad. The concrete outside the the back side is all broken. Doesn’t take much to fix the property up and I know they make enough to do so.2 years agoThe location and views are really nice. The balcony areas are very old and need replaced. The second floor balcony is locked. No microwave. The towels were very worn and the bed is hard as a rock!!

a month agoJust rented the Glasgow Suite for a surprise party for my husband for about 35 guest. It was a great space with all the things needed to throw a party and to have out of town guest spend the night. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out as well. We even rented a taco stand that was able to set up right outside next to the 3 parking spots. Definitely would book for an event again!3 weeks agoBeautifully unique and perfect location! Great for a locals stay-cation, event space or to entertain your out of town guests. I have booked this BNB on multiple occasions and the experience is always a 10 out of 10! **Communication with management is always timely and they are more than accommodating. Highly recommend!2 months agoWe had a large group of moms and girls that rented the Glasgow and Disco suites. We are a mother-daughter service organization so we used the Glasgow suite for meetings and philanthropy projects and then headed out to do some fun sightseeing in downtown Houston. It was a great location for that. I had plenty of communication with the manager and my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. This is our second time to stay and I’m sure we’ll be back again next year!2 months agoWe rented the Glasgow suite for my sister in law’s bridal shower. Everything about the suite was perfect. It was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The only issue I had was that I didn’t receive a response about stripping the linens at checkout. I didn’t see it mentioned in the rental guidelines so we left the linens on the bed. They were very responsive on the day of check in so I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive a response on the day of check out. I still plan to use their facilities for my next party event and I would recommend them to others.2 weeks agoGreat place to be with some friends, the movie theater room is crazy. Is way bigger than the pictures show, great communication with the host and fast reply. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you guys for everything!

Owners are very nice and make you feel welcomed.The rooms are very clean cozy and quiet.the location is very very nice clean and an awesome view of the water. Took my wife here for our anniversary, and she fell in love with it, even a picky as she is she already planning another trip just undecided as to when. Thank you Come Friday cottages on the bay, you guys helped us build a beautiful memory for our Anniversary which happpened to fall Easter weekend. I’d recommend this place to anyone who simply wants to getaway and be at peace.
Absolutely amazing place if you love fishing and relaxing!! The owners here show the best hospitality.. We will definitely be back. The only thing we experienced was the front door (bay room) kept blowing open during a small storm so we had to put our ice chest in front of it to keep it shut, other than that it was a great experience Highly recommend!!!!
We stayed 3 nights in the Saltwater Gypsy and we loved it! The cottage was so cute, the beds were so comfortable, there were so many things to do right there on the property and the owners were so nice… I can’t say enough nice things about Come Friday. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place that is near everything you want to be near, definitely stay here. I am already planning my next stay!
Just a awesome place. The owners (Renee Pat and pats husband) are just down right some of the best people I ever met in Texas. Will forever be my go to spot.
My family and I came and we had such a wonderful time, they even provided us with a golf cart so that my mother could be transfer to the doc as she uses a wheel chair to make it easier on us, We will be going back in Dec
