  4. the extraction was good overall but as a good dentist would provide helpful advice not judging customer by their lifestyle that’s totally unnecessary and disrespectful.Anyway they should improve self behavior to bringing better experience for every customer.Nice dental surgery btw👍

    I’m dentalphobic and dread going to the dental surgeon. Dr Karen really put me at ease and did a great job at filling and polishing for me. I liked how she took the time to explain to me the whole process. She was patient and friendly – something rare. It was my first visit to the clinic. Great experience ! Will definitely come back again and let my family and friends know about this. Many of them are like me – dentalphobic ! 😀

    I dont usually do google reviews, but this is by far the best dental ive been. Dr Karen explained everything in detail, and the service is great. She showed imaging before and after every step, and would make sure that i was comfortable during scaling (which is rare for dentist to do). Would definitely stay with this clinic!

    Came here for a professional tooth cleaning and was Herz disappointed. All they did was scrape away the calculus and 30seconds of polishing… no cleaning in between teeth, no sanding and no fluoride… usually after a professional cleaning I have smooth and shiny teeth… not the case here. Cost: 130 Ringit – would not come back.

    Professional staff and great Doctor. As a tourist, I come here often because it’s affordable and I’m really happy with the service and close attention to detail given by Dr Alex. Checkup and scaling (he takes his time slowly with each tooth) and sealing a crack on my tooth cost 200rm. Friendly staff reply quickly on google chat or WhatsApp. Very easy to setup an appointment and enjoy the professionalism of the staff.

    My wife and I were visiting Penang 3 times since April 2022 from Hong Kong. Our last visit was in Nov-Dec, 2022. Before our first visit we planned for a thorough maintenance on both our teeth for some fillings, sensitive teeth, gum and thought if viable we might need to do some veneers. Having had our first visit to Dr Brenda’s clinic, we then decided she should be the right dentist for us for her cheerfulness, friendliness and surely her professional opinions on how we best to proceed. My wife now has the upper and lower complete veneers after the last 2 visits and I have my upper veneers done on the upper part so far due to time constraint on my schedule, but will surely be completing the lower veneers within 2 months when I get back to Penang again. We must thank Dr Brenda and her team for all the work they had done for us. There surely had some hiccup here or there but Dr Brenda was always so willing to go for an extra mile to fix it for us. Thank you, Dr Brenda!!

    Dr Brenda and her team were so kind to my 99 year old mother when I took her to have two fillings to be done. She was in a wheelchair but they accommodated her well and were skillful and gentle in the preparation and restoration of her two upper incisors. I would be happy to take her there again in the future.

    Couple unable to get dentist appointments in UK contacted Wong and Sim for treatment whilst on holiday in Penang. Dr Brenda and her team carried out extensive dental work for us, the treatment we recieved was first class. Communication was excellent, treatments carried out were explained as were costs. Everyone at the surgery was friendly and understaning, putting us at ease from the beginning to the end of our treatment. Thank you all very much, we can now smile again with confidence. .     I was so happy with my tooth whitening job given by Dr Brenda that I wished she moves to San Francisco where I live. First she gave a thorough cleaning job with a painless up to date method (water spray with microcospic material) not the poking and scraping kind I’m still having at my dear Dr’s office. After a thorough exam, I got an ‘A’ with my gum and absence of cavity. Then she began the application of the Zoom treatment. The whole process lasted over 2 hours. The Price was 60% of the one quoted to me in SF. Assisted by two assistants, i got a very careful, gentle and detailed service. Also, her office was new, clean, and beautiful. Dr Brenda is the best DDS i ever had . She helped made my 68 years old teeth look nice again.

    Dr Brenda and her team have been absolutely amazing in attending to a long list of needs for my teeth. They were so attentive, helpful, and capable even when we had an added difficulty of me only having a short amount of time in Penang. The whole team is so friendly and smiley and I felt so welcomed and relaxed. On top of this, the whole team is very very good and what they do and I could not recommend more to anyone to go here if you have any dental needs. I have been to many dentist around the world and not many can match how good Wong & Sim have been!
