3 months agoI love this car wash. One thing is that it does not dry the back of my SUV. It always has spots after the wash. The last thing is that I do not feel comfortable with how close they get the cars on the belt. I often times stay back a bit but that doesn’t stop the car behind me from being entirely too close. I wish they would space cars out a bit. It would be wonderful to have one up North in Terre Haute!a year agoIronically, I had literally just purchased a $69 Crews carwash booklet a few minutes prior to this event happening.Went through this car wash location yesterday and their machine completely ripped, absolutely tore off the entire passenger side view mirror .. I mean, it just stripped my side view mirror off right down to the wiring and it left a bad scratch on my H3, I was in complete shock. I posted the pictures of the damages along with this review. Depending on how this situation goes, I might find time in next few days to post a youtube of the damages along with the conversation that took place with management. Because the absolute first thing out of the managers mouth was “Well your car is almost 13 years old” …
No sir, my car was badly damaged because of your equipment. My car and I came into the carwash originally and without this damage. This carwash and any future carwash is clearly not worth the lack of consideration and customer service I was just shown by the management.

The group is extremely well-versed in going above and beyond to deliver a customer-friendly experience.2 months agoI did the basic wash. I didn’t get the car sprayed before entering. No smiles. Plus the car wash smelled like sewage. Not very friendly or service.

I literally live two blocks from Crew and I drive up here.. It is so easy to get to and they are nice and spacious! I don’t feel squeezed into the vacuum spots! My favorite place to give my baby 🚗 a bath! The employees are so nice and friendly..
I usually love coming here, so I paid for the most expensive clean for my monthly membership, and the back of my car was still dirty, even after going through twice. There was only one smudge of the tire cleaner on my car where I’m guessing the cleaning bars at the end of wash were not working correctly. I was not very satisfied with my experience…
Best Place to take your car.. HANK is THE MAN! staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. My car is always happier after a good Wash at Take 5. Free vacuum and supplies to detail the inside.
I think it can do better! I drive a big truck, and after going through the wash, the lower half of my truck, tires and wheels are still dirty!! I hold a membership there, but thinking about going elsewhere, plus no tire shine applied at all! It was much better as dirtbusters, and when they pre sprayed up front before you went into the car wash….
What can I say this place is amazing! The manager/site supervisor went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my wash! I highly recommend this place over anywhere else! Thank you again!! 🙂
