- Reviews:Always busy, and not a bad place to go for shopping on the south. It’s kinda pinned on 99st. Not having plastic bags after selling us on them is kinda bull. I definitley shop here less because I have to think about my carry home abilities. I ordered groceries and they never showed up. I talked to them 3 different times and was reassured that my groceries would be delivered THREE different times. They never showed up. Then they are telling me it will take 5-7 business days for them to refund my 420$ order, that never even left the store. TERRIBLE customer service! Some are cheap and quality is ok. I visited this store in weekend. Washroom was very dirty. I was about to through up. I was in rush and didn’t have time to give me opinion. The store was very neat and clean. all shelves are organized. I was looking for some over the counter drug. Pharmacist was super helpful. She suggestions worked like a magic for me. I found all items that I was looking for. However, at the end I was very unsatisfied with the washroom hygiene. The store location is very good. Lots of parking spots including para parking. She was piling my items up and not bagging them. I asked her if they don’t bag items anymore and she said no. I then said, “don’t you guys get paid to bag items?” And she said, “No I don’t”. Proceeded to stack my items as I was putting them in the bag – I told her to stop touching my things if she wasn’t bagging them. I went customer service where they stated she is required to bag my items – however can refuse if my bags are gross. My bags were in great shape and the lady saw as well. She then went to say that she was new and would talk with the employee. I told her that she didn’t need to be disrespectful as she would ignore me while I was speaking with her and would look away like I didn’t exist. The inside of this megastore looks like any other, but the courteous, friendly and responsive service is superlative and stands out in a world of Walmarts. I just bought a 65″ Google TV for my Mom here, and will definitely come back for anything else I need in the future.
This review is for grocery pickup only. I pickup grocery from this location 2 – 3 times in a month. This is my observation:
1. Some items marked as ‘not available’ in your order on the pickup date may be actually available if you walk into the store. This defeats the whole idea of pickup !
2. Check-in on the app about 20 minutes before you arrive to save time. Still, after the app detected you have arrived , you may still have to call them to say you have arrived !
4. Substitutions are usually unsuitable. Check with the associates the substitution when they bring in so that you can reject it. You can also request a refund when you reach home as well without returning the item.
4. Some of items could be less priced if you buy it from store than the same item picked up for you at the same store !
5. Pick-up bays are plenty but usually in bad state with garbage and litters.
Went today to grab a couple of items and went to finish off in the makeup area. They had 4 staff member attending to the 3 small isles. I waited 20 minutes before I finally left because I couldn’t wait anymore. Two of the 4 were blocking product with their carts. Went to check out, and 3 staff members were standing at the self checkout lines and chatting up a storm while I checked out my own items. One of the staff members only asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card. After my irritated no, she left me alone, which was appreciated.
Your customer service from staff and cleanliness of the store is disgusting considering that the number of people they have standing around. Let alone how inconvenient they are for the shoppers. Do better walmart.
Went to Walmart to pick up groceries ordered online. Upinder brought out the groceries. He has exceptional customer service skills, very polite, helped to upload groceries in my truck, made sure all is set up correctly.

Shelves are always empty of the stuff ,usually on sale or discount.i never understand they guys have less supply or dont wana sell item on low price.
But then why they put that item on sale in flyer to attract people to shop.
