  1. Clean store with friendly staff. We make a lot of shopping at this Walmart location. A huge variety of clothing, shoes, sporting goods and automotive.
    Couple times had problems with quality of stuff we bought, but customer service helped the same day we told them.
    Good management!

  2. This is a gigantic Walmart that should have pretty much anything that you could be looking for. Prices are really good for pretty much all the products. There is a good staff to customer ratio so there should be someone there to help you if you need it. The layout is very simple so things are easy to find. Whatever your needs are come here and you’ll find what you’re looking for.

  3. One of the one stop shop. It has 85% of what you need and want…. Most importantly what you need for your home and family. Food, bakery, sushi, fruits, rotisserie chicken, already made food, clothes, electronics, households, hardening, gardening and MacDonald. You can shop until your 💓 is content and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee. The other 15% is for all people of culture, you have to go to your local grocer for what you really need…spices, certain type of meat.

  4. Nice staff but very unorganized. It happened almost every week to me that they don’t have the item I need on the shelf even if Walmart website says that the item is available in the store.
    So many items are missing price tags or on the wrong shelf. Even many price tags are different than the price at the cashier counters.
    In addition, this Walmart doesn’t have foods items that need fridge or freezer.

  5. Good selection but note that this location does not have a full grocery section. Only dry and non-perishable foods.

    The location is really good. It is spacious, and clean. The produce is not always fresh and kind of in worse quality than other grocery stores. Saad and Laurie (CSMs) are just great, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Some of the other employees should get some customer service tips from them. It is nice that this location has a Tim Horton’s in it.

    Waited over an hour for an e-commerce delivery order. Unacceptable. Called more than once and every time told me they were coming out when they weren’t. Get organized it looks bad when you cannot stay on top of your orders.

    The worst Walmart store in terms of customer service. Completely different from the other locations in Ottawa. Management need to look into this. I’m giving 2 stars only because of the friendly pharmacy staff.

    Went to the store twice in a week, both around 7pm and the produce section was mostly empty. I went to buy a few things advertised in their flyers but none of the vegetables/fish in my shopping list was available. It’s a problem for Walmart as I started questioning the item availability. If the availability cannot be maintained then maybe don’t put them on your weekly flyer.
