What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The Walmart has almost everything you need, from food to clothes, work clothes, baby things, cell phones and gaming consoles.

    There are always good offers.
It would be good if the vegan products were not so expensive.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Here you can take photos for your passport.

    There is a McDonalds here.

  2. I biked over here to pick up a photo gift for my kid. Bike rack was around the corner where nobody could see it from the front door. Had a light stolen off my bike, they had screwed up the photo gift order and given me somebody else’s photos, and they didn’t have the board game I was hoping for either. Walmart is trash, shop somewhere else For the Love of All That is good.

  3. Tired of being harassed by weirdos in the parking lot, I never feel safe shopping here. Also tired of being harassed by staff to apply for their credit card. Items I’m looking for are out of stock more often than not. Bathrooms are usually gross. It’s now “mandatory” to pay for cosmetics immediately at the cosmetics counter, which usually requires hunting down an employee. Carts can be hard to find on busy days. Bags are minimum 0.30 each which is not totally unreasonable but still more than competitors. Half the self check outs are usually out of order. It’s become such a hassle to shop here these days I just simply avoid it 🤷‍♀️ they may have lower prices on some things but I’d rather pay more and have a better shopping experience

  4. I’m so mad that you have cost me over 100 dollars. We came by your location because we had a hole in our air mattress. While I was in the air mattress isle, I asked a manager looking person who worked there if I could return the mattress. I said that I have a bad spine injury and that I don’t want to buy a mattress that isn’t good for my back. He said yes it can be returned just to keep the receipt. We grabbed it and my boyfriend bought it. It killed my back so we bought another one from Canadian tire… We go to return it and we are told it’s not returnable. Now I have me 200 dollar air mattress from you guys that has no hole but is leaking from the pump mechanism and I have only had it for not even 6 months… I now have 100 dollar air mattress from you guys too that I can’t return even though I only bought it because you guys said I could return it.

  5. FANTASTIC its 2023 & Walmart Canada has finally come close to its US Walmart store counterparts with new online email and text receipts available when buying in store. Congratulations Walmart Canada. You have now stepped up to the level of Lowe’s Canada and Home Depot Canada which have had email receipts for years. It’s a miracle. Now if you can get your Walmart Canada app to allow storing copies of these in store receipts in the purchase history like your US Walmart app does then you would be a leader in Canada

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Filthy Customer service, Even Saw a rat . Clothes section messed up. Some staff are nice, but some are just straight up rude. Don’t even get me started about the food aisles , they are so dis-organised! Barely any staff working, tried to ask one woman something and was treated very rudely. Sometimes I even feel bad for the staff! They have so much work to do. Trash ! will never go here again!

It’s a Walmart, not but to brag about but decent selection here for food, etc. The thing that makes me avoid the store is the checkouts. They have 2 self checkout areas (one is almost always closed when I am there) and a bunch of tills. Even in the busy times that I have been there (4-5pm) there is still only 1, maybe 2 cashiers open. If you have a full cart of groceries you can’t go through self check out because there’s nowhere to put the items. The little counter is not big enough. So this makes me not want to do my big stock up shops here. I waited almost 20 minutes in line to pay. I also have an arm injury so it’s not ideal to do self check out. It’s a problem that I’ve noticed over the past year or more, especially when you can see 4+ staff hanging out near the self check outs but not enough staff on tills. Please open more registers when the lines are so long they’re into the clothing section. Not everyone wants to or can check themselves out.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in to buy patio furniture and spend a ton of money, but I didn’t have any change on me for a cart. Asked customer service if they could assist me in getting a cart. THREE seperate employees said they could not help me. I had my two year old daughter with me who needed to sit in the cart as well. The answer was NO! I left. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you can not provide me a cart to put my items in, I guess my hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. You lost a customer who would have spent hundreds, all because a cart could not be provided to me.. insane.

Fairly standard Walmart. They are very clean and very helpful there. I once forgot my phone at a till and didn’t realize this until I got home and I was impressed with how quickly they brought it to the help center as I was not gone very long. There is also a medical clinic inside that has quickly turned into one of my go to clinics and would recommend to most people. Great job here!
