What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I was checked out by Sarushti who was amazing she greeted us so politely acknowledged my 7 year as well and offered us to sign up for H & M rewards and helped us get an additional 10 percents off. The deals were great to begin with and the store it self looked and felt very organized!

  2. The biggest H&M I have ever seen. Besides the regular stuff, you find the household stuff there as well. The perfect interior design with a nice and kind staff. I highly recommend this location of H&M.

  3. This is a nice location with pretty good selection, good prices and sales, and nice staff.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the privacy in the fitting room. The fitting room stalls only use curtains, so there is a lack of privacy to an extent. Someone almost walked into my room not realizing… thankfully I was just trying on a jacket.

  4. Very friendly staff and huge men’s collection. Unfortunately this location doesn’t take online returns for the H&M Home products. The staff at Sherway Garden sent us here as they indicated that we could only return home products at the Eaton Center location, but when we arrived, the cashier told us it could only be done online (even though the online policy and invoice indicates it can be returned to a store). This would have saved us a trip had the information been consistent. The cashier at the Eaton Center location was quite friendly though and I appreciate her assistance.

  5. The store is nice and tidy and I got a couple of great deals on some basic tops. However the staff are super unfriendly. I asked one person for help and he didn’t even look at me, he just grunted. Then when I went to the fitting rooms again the person didn’t speak to me, she just took my tops and walked away and then over her shoulder told me to put everything back on the hangers. Maybe they’re underpaid?? Probably best to just help yourself here.
