What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The place is nice, it is big and super clean and very good organized, BUT it is not an outlet store, it has very limited quantity of clothes on sale, the sales are the same price in other stores. The store representative was friendly and helpful

  2. For an outlet store, the sales aren’t that encouraging. Not everything is on sale.
However, this is a very clean store. I don’t see many staff around but it is very well kept. It does offer adults and children’s wear. Masks are not mandatory here and it is wheelchair accessible. Overall great store.

  3. I visited roots orfus yesterday to get some new clothes, and I was amazed with how clean and well organized the store was even though it was super busy because of the sale. I was greeted by everyone and felt very welcomed. I was assisted by the manager Adriana who was very knowledgeable of the products and attentive . I usually don’t like shopping for myself but Adriana was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. My overall experience was fantastic and highly recommend others shopping here .

  4. They do not honour sticker price of item!! ⚠️- Came in saw sweater marked down during their black Friday event. When i went to pay Staff advised wrong price- she then peeled it off almost tearing it in front of me- thus, it was mispriced for sometime- and then asked if i want to pay the regular price. Umm, No thanks!

  5. We love this location, the vibe, the service, Adrianna is a doll, her team is helpful and informative. Adrianna will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your shopping experience, and guides her team to do the same. We love every purchase we make and always look forward to going thete for more great shopping.
