3 weeks agoI had fun shopping at the outlet! Even though the staff seemed busy, they were still incredibly kind and helpful. The fitting room staff was especially welcoming and made the experience even better. Plus, they consistently have fantastic deals. I’ll definitely be coming back for more shopping fun! 😊🛍️in the last weekGreat deals, nice employees, you can find leggings, pilates pants, sport bra in any size, and different tone 🏃♀️🏃♂️🎽5 months agothe pricing is wild, I picked the “At ease zippers” and lulu website classified them as half zippers, yet the store claimed it’s quarter zip and denied the mark down pricing as advertised. Pricing is as listed on the sales tag. It’s just a waste of time.Overall organization is very chaotic and it may not be worth the ordeal for just a piece of clothing. You’re probably going to find only the odd sizes, marked down out items that never got sold. Lululemon’s “we made too much” is the best it gets. Believe me it’s not worth the bargain hunting to save $10-20 in this disorganized mess.
2 years agoHas a more sterile, colder feel than the old space (recently relocated down the row) but seems easier to flex for in-store sweat events. Very helpful educators but prices not always marked on the garments. A fun stop!5 months agoEach time I go into this store I am unsatisfied. The employees are nice but it’s not as cute as a regular store and packed full of items I always seem to try on but never buy.

3 weeks agoThis was our first trip to the store. We were greeted by the store manager, Ruby, who was super friendly and helpful. She took us right to what my granddaughter wanted but they did not have the correct size. She proceeded to order these 2 items online for us. Helped us with a spur of the moment purchase also. I walked in needing to replace some clothes that had torn and was shocked they had everything in my size! Isha helped us find a few different sizes and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service from walk-in to checkout.3 weeks agoSince when does Lululemon employee have discriminated policy? The lady at the fitting room just have to put one black skirt into the hanger and nothing else to do. I wore red shirt, clearly stood there 3 ft away from her to wait for her to help me a room to try the clothes on. I waited for like 5 minutes and she tried to avoid making eye contact with me. I said “ excuse me, can I have a fitting room please?”, there were 3 empty room on my right side and she ignored me. I waited patiently and there were a young couple came behind me, and she greeted them and got the girl a room right away while I was still standing there. She wrote the girl name “Catlin” on the door of the room and joke around with the girl’s boyfriend while he waited. I said again to her that I needed a fitting room too please and the guy looked at me and still kept his conversation with the employee. He instead of saying something like an apology for cutting the line and took my place, he just joined the Lululemon employee in this discrimination act. That’s a terrible thing Lulu hired people with no respect to customer like that. Not to mention I came in to the store and try to make eye contact with two other ladies worked there to ask the questions, they just did not want to say any greetings. I ended up wandering a long time before I found my clothes to try on but story went different way so I walked away. It was around 1 pm, Saturday, Oct 8th.3 months agoThe service here is okay… I went here to exchange my pants that were pilling, but the girls were too busy chatting with each other to service me. The workers at the Galleria are much friendlier! However, the clothes here are nice and stocked

What a steel! If you are looking for Lululemon on a discount, don’t look any further. I bought three long sleeve tops, and one jogger for a total of $142. The long sleeve tops were all mark down to $39 each. They also have great deals if you buy two or three items you get more off.
It was awful with no two items that were exactly alike, with varying tags. The racks were overcrowded and only the bottom of the barrel colors there. If you were a 0, you have a great selection but the prices are not even 50% off. The item I really wanted was originally $148 and it was on “sale” for $119. I found the item on eBay for $69. No one was helping anyone very well. There was one tiny rack of a few pieces marked down to an okay price but they had defects on then. Not advertised but that is why the price was lower. Actually, the men’s selection was more up to date but their prices were priced just like the ladies side, virtually no “sale” price. And every single item is Final Sale but good luck getting into a changing room . That’s another story for another day. I will not be going back, ever. I may quit the brand if this is how they treat their paying customers. I kept asking why the prices were different for the exact same items and I was told price adjustments happen at check and not to worry, I was going to be getting a really deal so stock up on the basics. I went ahead and believed that and at check out, my bill was over $3000 for 2 season ago’s colors and what I could find that was not a 0 in size. I was just stunned. Awful experience, awful store and an awful way to waste 1/2 a day.
Really great deals on some stuff especially for Lululemon! Unfortunately the staff were more interested in talking to each other in Pairs than helping customers. One girl finally did ask after I had looked around for someone not fully invested in their own conversation. She was very helpful and nice though! Thank goodness for her! Even checking out took a while for someone to come help anyone trying to check out.
This Lululemon outlet store is amazing!
I came here with a few friends today, and we all left with a bag of clothing! The quality of the clothes are great, feel amazing, and are greatly valued upon their discounts! The store had a 20-25 % off sale going on for majority of the items in the store.
The customer service was great, from the cashiers to the associates working the fitting room. I felt welcomed and treated with respect throughout my visit.
The value / “bang for your buck” is definitely worth it at this location. Don’t forget to ask for the Military Discount (15%) for all my Service-members out there! It will be added to whatever sale the store is already offering.
Definitely a must visit for those wanting comfortable and high quality clothes!
I pick up off a rack T-shirt that was marked $34 size 4 .working the fitting room customer service was great, I asked him for the size 6. he said it was a discount price. only this one . he checked with his mobile phone, and then told me that there was no discount online have size 6. it price that marked $34 upon checkout she charged me $39 . when I back to home. I saw that! this was especially disappointing .
