4 months agoThe organization of this store is a bit tight, but there is a decent selection and some great clearance deals. The inventory changes pretty regularly, so I pop in any time I’m in town.2 months agoI am a frequent shopper at lululemon and the service I received today was absolutely unacceptable. August 11 th around 11 am , I came in ready to make a large purchase and saw there was a special price on the license to train tights. I grabbed the ones I wanted and headed for the check out desk. I was met by Claunda who is mainly responsible for my horrible experience.I wasn’t sure if I wanted all of the items and this is when Claunda decided to roll her eyes at me and began to laugh at me. She says she was laughing at something else but given the fact she was rude the entire time and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them . She kept asking me “Are you sure you want this one, Are you sure want this one” multiple times in a very sarcastic way which I don’t appreciate at all. It made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and really disappointed. This is by far the worst treatment I have ever experienced . Maybe there are other places where I can spend my hard earned money outside of lululemon. As previously stated we are loyal customers at lululemon and we are used to the high standards of the company but Claundas conduct today was shockingly bad , disturbing and unacceptable. She is a huge liability for the company and we are appalled that she was even accepted as an employee.Details of Transaction:

4 months agoEveryone here is very helpful, and is standard with other Lulu’s. 5 stars because the employees are very attentive and constantly asking if you need assistance.10 months agoThe clothing is comfortable and fashionable. This location has ridiculously low pricing. Whether you work out or pretend. They have taken what used to be called stretch pants and made it cool.a year agoWhat an amazing Lulu!!! The staff was helpful and friendly.3 weeks agoAn Unforgettable Birthday at Lululemon, A Manager’s Exceptional Touch.For my Birthday Weekend, My boyfriend and I went shopping in Lincoln Road. Lululemon was part of the “necessary stops”, and he surprised me by telling me to pick out things I liked.
From the moment I stepped into the store, I was so excited. The store was beautifully organized, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warm wishes.
As I browsed the store, I was assisted by the manager, I’m not certain if her name was Lana, or Elanda, but she displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine passion for the brand. I explained how obsessed I had always been about the align jackets. They took the time look for a bunch for me and in different colors.
What truly stood out was the manager’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness the whole time I was in the changing room. All of the sales representatives were great, especially the girl who was in the changing room. She helped me so much for at least an hour.
During the checkout process, the Manager did something so incredibly amazing. It really did something to me, I would have never imagined. It was a heartwarming gesture.
The manager’s personal touch and dedication to making my birthday special didn’t end there. Their kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression on me, reminding me of why I love shopping at Lululemon.I will cherish this memory and look forward to many more visits to Lululemon in the future.
3 months agoI love this location, it has a nice sale rack, pretty well stocked but the employees are the best! They are the sweetest, super helpful. Thanks!a year agoOne of the best! Super well stocked, had a sale rack, even had the new shoe line that the other Miami stores didn’t have yet. But the real bonus is the staff. They don’t follow you around and bug you as you shop, but when you need them they are super helpful. Very kind as well.2 months agoTatyana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly! Pretty good selection for both men and women! Learned from one of the employees to look at the signs posted by each sections since some of the tags have different stickers (even if same items). Signs actually reflected lower price than what was on the tag! Just check with the friendly workers.
It was fantastic purchase ever. It was all of size in-stock. The price was amazing. Most of items are best ever price. Usually 40% off however most of them was flat price. I want to visit soon.
Absolutely had the best time in Lululemon. My husband found several items and so did I. The staff was so kind and helpful and the outlet store was packed! I got to try everything on and was surprised at the amount of items I never would have bought if I did not have the opportunity to try them on in the store. Did you know they get new items in at this outlet daily?!

The prices were listed largely above each section of clothing. Nothing was sticker price. 🙂
Great selection of clothing, but some sizes were wrinkled and did not make a good presentation. I found a vegan skirt on the clearance rack for &19. I thought the sizing was a little smaller than normal.
Amazing deals, I got a mango dream swiftly tech for only 40$ and a black camo flow y bra for only 30$. The store was packed but staff were friendly and fast working. Most clothes are at least 40% off and some clothes are even 75% off the original prices. Definitely one of the best lululemon stores in Florida.
