a month agoHave been in twice to return some yoga pants that started falling apart and the staff are all so nice and helpful! Richard in particular was very attentive and knowledgeable, as were the cashier and floor sales associates (didn’t get their names). They were able to replace my yoga pants that came apart and offered a lot of helpful care tips. Thanks team! Would def recommend this location and staff.2 months agoReally helpful staff, a little bit busy but I understand as it’s a popular shop. Very big and lots of chose. I got the everyday day 2L in black fyi.in the last weekAll went well until getting to the fitting room. Nobody was there so I simply went into it and try a t shirt. Suddenly an “excuse me there, good morning” so I had to dress again, open the door and the lady with a face of “you are doing so wrong” tells me “you are supposed to check in first, to try it” (what!?)… then “what’s your name to write it on the door”, so I provided.But, people, seriously, why is so stupid important all this? I simply left to another way more positive energy anywhere else!
To that lady, chill down, please!
2 months agoThe staff are always smiling and ready to help. The male staff who helped me make me want to visit this place again. There are a lot of items and the staff are friendly, so I had fun while shopping.5 months agoI had a couple of bras that were not working out for me and they were some of the worst quality items I had ever bought from lululemon, and while I was shopping the sales associate told me to try and bring them back as part of their “quality guarantee.” I brought them back to this location and the lovely girl who helped me was not sure about the items I brought back, but she really wanted to help me so she waiting for her manager. It took a few mins of back and forth but both her and the manager were super kind and kept apologizing for the time spent. Ricardo, the manager was incredible and kind and was lovely to have gotten help from. He was so empathetic and understood having items that felt like a waste of money. After half an hour of trying to figure out what they item retailed for, he was able to give me a gift card so I didn’t have to wait in line again! Shout out to an incredible employee as well as the girl who helped me (didn’t get her name.) Amazing location with helpful employees.

3 weeks agoHigh-quality products which have lasted several years despite constantly washing them. It makes my body shape, mainly my behind, look better than it actually is. It tucks everything up into the right positions. Totally worth it!I love going into the store to check for new colours/designs, as they seem to be evolving towards a trendier look. Staff are always upbeat, friendly and super helpful, which helps with the experience.
a month agoI had a great shopping experience at Lululemon. The store is beautifully designed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of activewear, and the quality is top-notch. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some items can be a bit pricey. However, the quality and style make it worth the investment. I’ll definitely be returning for more athletic wear in the future!3 months agoStaff were helpful, even though it was busy!4 weeks agoI had a very bad experience with one of the staffs here. The entire time she was impatient. I got a sweater discolored as a gift; got replacement at another store not here. She said no strictly. Girl with red hair. Did not like me for no reason because i did not even talk. The store and the one at Eaton Centre are just horrible to customers like me maybe they like people who are from here more not sure what is the case but i just do not like to talk does not mean I am here to cause trouble dont know why these people look down at me. Sigh. I mean the shirt I was wearing costed almost 200 dollars more expensive than most of your t shirts… sorry this is also wrong to say stop disrespecting people and show on your face please4 months agoThe staff at the front were incredible in switching my old lulu leggings that were piling and in a really bad state. She was super kind and understanding. Wish I got her name but I am very pleased with my experience at this location! Can’t wait to come back.

Wasn’t too crowded when we went on a Saturday. They have a lot of cloths made for yoga and for if your working out. Store staff was friendly. Overpriced as per usual but worth the good quality.
Been shopping with the brand since at least 10 years. This was the first time had a little issue with Hemming since they couldn’t find the pants I gave for alteration But they were happy to assist me, trust me, and give me a brand new pair of pants. The service from their staff exceeded my expectations. A rep assisted me in finding a brand new pair that I liked. This is why I love this brand. Best pants and best employees

I could list 100’s of stores where this could have been an easy interaction but instead, not one but TWO levels of customer service (In-store and call centre) refused my request. I was left going to Twitter to resolve my issue, and thankfully one of the CS reps there was more than happy to assist through DM.
As a company, you spend time and resources building a customer base through community events, YouTube, social media, etc. So what’s the point of all of that if in the end you’re willing to lose that potential customer connection over a return?
The market for similar product is large, and growing daily as people turn to starting their own brands. People have choices, so basic customer service will continue take priority over brand name.
Do better.
I ordered a scuba on sale for in-store pick up at Square One location yesterday (Sept.7). Got an automated email in the evening of Sept. 7 indicating it’s ready for pick up. I was happy that the order went through and was picked on the day of. Since it was picked yesterday evening and I live quite a distance from Square one, I thought of driving to the mall after work on Sept. 8. Today is Sept. 8, I had been calling this store since the store opened to give them a heads up that I’m working during the day and will be there prior to their store closure time. Guess what? I called 8 times (5 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon) and no one bothered to pick up any of my calls. I called customer care and they said there’s nothing they could do to notify the store cuz they couldn’t reach them by phone either. By 6:40pm today, Square One Lululemon cancelled my order without any explanation while I was driving in the rush hour heading to the mall. In Lululemon’s pickup email, it clearly indicated that my pick up order is ready until store closure on September 8. 6:40pn was 2 hours and 20 mins before their store closure. Understand that Lululemon doesn’t care much about customer service but if your service level continues to deteriorate, more and more loyal customers will switch to Alo. Do better!
This renewal shop is losing touch on treating customers right. With brand selling products itself, offering quality products but mediocre customers experience means bed services.
Do your research before getting into store. Buy online could be a better choice.
Will I return – definitely…no.
