I wonder if their values are placed in the right places…

Very expensive… time is running out for everything. When you get charged for listening to a voice message that you left because you didn’t have confirmation of the receipt of important documents.. that’s what human life is like in 2023

I’m surprised they didn’t charge me a fee for using the toilet.

the service is correct without more or less. I feel that the value of money is much more present than the value of human know-how.

First time and last time doing business with them 👎

Very bad experience with them and Me Trepanier. They did absolutely nothing to defend me and give me confidence. They only did the bare minimum for a very expensive cost. I was told that it was going to be long and complicated to obtain shared custody, etc. At one point she even made a big mistake by trusting my ex’s lawyer by taking the T4 from the bad year that I had made $10,000 more to determine alimony. Plus I had already sent him the T4 voucher. Plus they charge for absolutely everything, it’s very expensive. Stay away from them.

Correct service but nothing more. Several errors had crept into my deed of sale meaning that we had to return it signed in a hurry on the day of taking possession.

Impeccable and they are very professionally competent and their strength is their teamwork for your cause which can affect various laws in various departments…. civil criminal divorce etc.

I take a long trip and take the ferry to go see them. It’s really worth it when you know that your cause is well taken care of and that you know everything about the steps taken and those to come.

    A brief example:

July 1, 2016, exterior stairs fall from the rental home in Longueuil.

Speak and visit legal aid and could not take a case of this type there. I hired a lawyer in Longueuil and had to put up $1000.00 In advance and guaranteed absolutely nothing.

    2018 Ratelle and Ratelle wow!

Madam, we will study your file and we will call you back next week to tell you… If your file 1. Winnable 2. The costs that this will generate 3. I no longer had any income and fell on social assistance. (They are by arrangement)

    4. Nov 11, 2019 yay! I won my case and received a check for my compensation and loss of autonomy.

    Come on… Ratelle is her!

Top Notary Public Services Alternatives in Joliette

A notary public (a.k.a. notary or public notary; pl. notaries public) of the common law is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with general financial transactions, estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A notary's main functions are to validate the signature of a person (for purposes of signing a document); administer oaths and affirmations; take affidavits and statutory declarations, including from witnesses; authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents; take acknowledgments (e.g., of deeds and other conveyances); provide notice of foreign drafts; provide exemplifications and notarial copies; and, to perform certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction. Such transactions are known as notarial acts, or more commonly, notarizations. The term notary public only refers to common-law notaries and should not be confused with civil-law notaries. With the exceptions of Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Quebec (whose private law is based on civil law), and British Columbia (whose notarial tradition stems from scrivener notary practice), a notary public in the rest of the United States and most of Canada has powers that are far more limited than those of civil-law or other common-law notaries, both of whom are qualified lawyers admitted to the bar: such notaries may be referred to as notaries-at-law or lawyer notaries. Therefore, at common law, notarial service is distinctly different from the practice of law, and giving legal advice and preparing legal instruments is forbidden to lay notaries such as those appointed throughout most of the United States. Despite these distinctions, lawyers in the United States may apply to become notaries, and this class of notary is allowed to provide legal advice, such as determining the type of act required (affidavit, acknowledgment, etc.).
