On Thursday, July 20, I went to the store almost to close, I left my cell phone next to a computer when I realized they had already closed the store but the employees were still inside it, I touched the window 3 times and the 3 times I was ignored at first and then they told me that my cell phone was not there, a disastrous attitude from all the employees, I left believing them that my cell phone was not there when I was able to access my icloud account, they told me that my cell phone was inside the store I lost half a shift at work I cannot work without my cell phone I had to wait for the store to open at 10am for them to give it to me and the store manager lIse just justified her employees telling me that they could ignore me because the store it was already closed, they never asked me for an apology, always a very bad attitude or customer service. I felt that they wanted to steal it from me, why deny it and tell me that it was not there? terrible attitude of all both employees and managers.
My only store is a very good selection of beauty products. I even had my grandbaby ear pierced inside the store. Very convenient 👌 😁😊❤️
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They never answer their phone even though the store is EMPTY. Plus they give you the worst attitude when helping you out.
Yesterday I walked in and revieed poor service from the big guy wearing makeup behind the counter. He had a bad attitude besides that really good deals!
This Ulta has the WORST costumer service EVER!!!! The two girls at the front registers are VERY rude and disrespectful. One darker hair and one with blonde hair. If you ever plan on going to Ulta you’re better off going to the one in the Otay mall much BETTER service there !! Will not be returning to this Ulta! These girls are not a good representation of the company and I hope their manger will teach them a thing or two about proper costumer service !
