5 months agoExcellent little shop and fantastic staff. There are some great restaurants around here too for a little bite to eat after!in the last weekCan count on excellent service and high quality products. Good return and exchange policy. They follow through on what they say. The store serves as a kind of hub for the yoga community, as they offer classes outside of store hours and have a board with info about local companies, teachers and happenings. The clothing is not cheap but it lasts for many years, and alterations are included, so you get your money’s worth. Even if something you buy needs repair, within reason, they will send it out to be repaired or provide guidance for how to fix it.7 months agoI have a hard time getting Lululemon in Eastern Europe so I took advantage on my first day in Paris. I was happy with what there was to offer and left with some great pants and polos. Céline, the staff member assistant me, was extremely nice and helpful in picking out what I needed.9 months agoI went at this store to replace a product that I bough in Miami and the staff was racist and rude to me. There was a young lady who accused me of trying to complain without the purchase ticket. Thankfully I always keep my ticket and I had to show them the ticket.Hiring staff that are not racist and rude in France should be a priority. I’ve been a Lululemon customer for a while now this store was by far my worst experience with the brand.

6 months agoWe were on vacation and my daughter’s jeans were bothering her. Stopped in this shop to find pants and one of the male employees was very helpful and let her wear them out of the store. Great service and selection.7 months agoThe workers are so kind. Specifically Nia, she spent so much time helping me pick the right pair of leggings and even took the time to help me find the right size. She’s the best!!!7 months agoWaste of time and the rudest staff. Asked her to hem some pants for my wife, she just proceeded to throw pins on the counter and told us to do it ourselves. – then when we took them to the counter informed us would take two weeks and asked why we decided to try and alter them ourselves .. we just walked out. Bad experience compared to American, UK stores.11 months agoHuge Lululemon fan, but the service and staff on this store was just terrible. Too bad the brand tries hard to keep the image only to be ruined by rude staff.a year agoGreat selection and spoke English. The male worker was a little rude in tone.

Very friendly staff! And the range of yoga outfits is outstanding! You’ll find everything you need for your practice, and high quality products. Bras, socks, panties. For women and men. All sizes, different colors. You can try if you want. I like this place a lot!
3rd Lulu I went to in Europe. Was nice. Workers were very friendly and chatty.
Great place for yoga gear plus clothing for other sports as well. Over the years I’ve built up quite the wardrobe of Lululemon clothing and gear, and it stands up well. Customer service is fantastic, and they have an innovative approach to listening and valuing customers, in an authentic way. A great bonus is that they host classes including yoga, meditation, fitness and other themes that are open to the public. Worth checking out! Note that the alterations polIcy had changed, so tailoring is only offered on recently bought items, and only some products.
Friendly people inside. Great service. Defiantly the best service I’ve had inside Lululemon. Had very kind conversations and extra conversation, which was nice. They hired the right people that’s for sure. As always I love the products, that’s why I bought more.
