- Reviews:They have good sales on aquatic plants, and different aquatic life. The sales are the better selection for this store. Sometimes the fish tanks will go for $1 a gallon which is pretty awesome. They have a wide selection of Betta fish, I have purchased 2 from them and loved them both. I have bought 2/1.4 gallon tanks that are good quality and good lighting, plus a 55 gallon tank. I’ve purchased lots of plants when they were on sale and they are all still going strong and hardy plants. The reason for the 3 stars is because you can’t always find a sales associate in the fish section and when u do it can be a wait for assistance. They price is the other reason, unless it’s a sale some prices can be a little high, but they are cheaper than petsmart, for the most part.By Tamika Keese (a year ago)This place groomed our golden doodle and didn’t properly clean his ears. They did not take out the hair out nothing, not even the wax. We took him to another grooming place and they removed it. This morning we had to take our dog to the vet because he was whining and whimpering. Turns out he had a STAPH INFECTION! Please! For gods sake do not take your pets here to be groomed. Our poor baby has to suffer in all this pain because these people didn’t do their job. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been sued yet. I imagine how many other dogs they’ve done this to. Please if you have taken your poodle here go get them into another groomer and take them to the vet to check for an ear infection. I am infuriated and upset at what they did to my baby boy. I got to check out and of course there’s nobody up there and then they’re now charging 10 cents per plastic bag. I’ll now drive further and just go to PetSmart. It was easy to make an appointment. All done on-line. Recommendations were made for my breed. Siberian Husky/recommended not to cut. Saved money. Took 3-4 hours. She smelled so good! Fluffy/puffy hair do.
They took such good care of my puppy, they got me in quick did everything I asked and more and it was cheaper than petco so I was able to buy more stuff for her. So happy I went there and I will be back….
This PetSmart is great so I’m not going to rate them low based off of one person. I will say though, I do not recommend Cody in the grooming services for a Goldendoodle. Not only is he a bit condescending when talking to you about your dog and their breed like you don’t already know, our Goldendoodle had uneven hair and matting, after the service. $132 for that? Sure he was clean, but for someone who acted like he knew an F1B Goldendoodles hair, he certainly didn’t know how to get the matting out or make an even cut. Jessica is by far the best here, and she will even call you if she feels like matting is an issue and what steps should be taken in the best interest of the dogs coat. I highly recommend her, and several of the other girls here too. They’re all nice and do a great job.
I hate coming here on adoption day.. great store. I want to take home all the animals
Got our dog groomed and was not impressed. Just my own personal opinion. I’ve seen plenty of dogs that looked great just not mine
