I went in and looked around to find the one and interacted with several to see if they would get close to me and be a match. And I found the one! Staff is amazing and thoroughly talk about the animals in the shelter and make sure that they will be going to a loving home and the ideal one. They talked through Kittys health and what they have done to her etc. I recommend this shelter 100%. - Reviews:We brought our cat here to get spayed and the entire process was way easier than expected. Drop off and pickup was straight forward and the staff were informative and kind. By the next morning our cat was acting like nothing even happened and her incision was so neatly sewn we had trouble even telling where it was! Me and my family just got a beautiful Golden doodle puppy. And my husband and myself have been parents to 3 Labrador Retrievers, this is the first place I go to get supplies for our fur babies! Great selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Tracy holds it down here! She’s here at the register every time I shop and she always has a sweet smile and kind words for me. She keeps the line moving quickly and efficiently as well. Thanks Tracy.
This is a nice, clean PetSmart in an easy to access area. There’s also a vet at the rear of the store.
It should be noted that flea treatments are kept locked up and you have ask for them- if the store is not well staffed, you will have to wait in line at the register to ask.
Store has fish, rodents, reptiles, birds and adoptable cats. Overall it is similar to other PetSmart locations.
Terrible experience at your store. My 2 year old needed to use the restroom and you no longer offer public restrooms to your customers. An employee had to ask permission to a manager to see if we could use it and we were denied!! Try consulting with a child that they can’t use the bathroom when they need to and they are still in the process of learning. Shame on pet smart. Maybe put a sign upfront that there are no public restrooms.
