  2. The sales associate was very helpful and kind. My dog had surgery and I showed up within one hour of closing and she didn’t even seem to mind. She helped me get all of the items I needed. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and awesome! I greatly appreciate her help and also the fact that she didn’t make me feel rushed or annoyed that I came in so late. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend supporting our local stores.

  5. The employee are always greeting me and are very nice as they ask if I need help. I buy hayy for my two fur baby’s and that’s about it.

    I’ve heard and read many things on how petspart doesn’t take care of the animals and how the big companies are making the animal farming worse.. all I can say is I do my best to make the b world a better place for the ones who are in need and I hope these ceos and companies do the same…

    Me and my family both recently adopted two dogs from here, (a nine week old chihuahua puppy and a one year old chihuahua mix.) Everyone was very sweet and kind through out the process, and were more than willing to educate us and tell us all about the dogs we were adopting. The adoption process did take a few hours, but was definitely worth it. They do require you to purchase a leash, collar, and harness, but I think if you bring your own you won’t be made to buy these items. The fee for adopting the dogs is quite high, (I’m pretty sure the puppy was 500 and the one year old was 450) but I’m assuming this goes back into helping the dogs they take in. Overall I’d recommend coming here to find a forever friend if you’re willing to commit to helping a rescue dog, and have the patience to love and care for them and all their quirks! And here are the pictures of the pups!

    I was able to give the cutest 2 year old rescue a forever home thanks to Paw Works. The adoption process takes several hours but was worth the time. The staff was lovely. And I ❤️ my doggie.

    Great mission. They save many little lives. As a volunteer foster, they provide necessities for the fosters. Beware of the dragon lady at the Oaks on Saturday morning. She’s vicious toward the volunteers. Makes one bit want to volunteer again. The people at the shelter in Camarillo are great with awesome hearts for the little four legged friends.

    I love volunteering here, the workers are nice and are very helpful. All the dogs are adorable and I wanna just take them home with me, please if you are looking to adopt come here, we rescue these pups from high kill shelters so if you wanna have a new member to ur family then come and see!!

    My little dog StellaBella just had an extensive teeth cleaning and multiple extractions. They were wise enough to spot an infection and flush her sinus and gave me drops for her nose when she came out. I can NOT say ENOUGH good things about Dr Ravenscroft. So professional. So kind. My dogs health has improved 75%. We went in for an over due teeth cleaning and came out much healthier. Her breathing has improved 80%. What a miracle. I am so grateful.

    Great self dog washing experience! If you’ve ever tried to wash a 30 pound dog in a bathtub with a sliding glass door, not only does it kill your knees but it kills your elbows as you rest them on the edge. No more! Pet Food Express’s dog washing stations don’t require any bending over! The fee includes several choices of soap (I got the sulfate-free), towels, and they clean up afterward!. I was worried about fleas and possibly transmitting skin diseases to my doggie, but was told that they disinfect with “Rescue”, a veterinarian product, after each dog wash. Yay! That eliminated my worries. The dog wash is perfect for anyone with a dog scared of baths. Mine didn’t like it, but he didn’t squirm either. Special thanks to Alyssa, who has helped me multiple times when I’ve gone in.

    Pet Food Express, buy 3 get one free! Great prices all all things for your dog or cat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Try store is well run and organized. There are always people there either restocking for their pets or washing them in the Pet Wash corner.

    I mainly go here for the pet food! There is a lot to choose from and most are good quality. It’s a big store with really cute pet clothes, treats, toys, dog beds and more. There’s a dog washing station as well that always looks clean. Overall a very clean looking store with a nice vibe, good things to choose from, and helpful staff

    This was my first visit to the Thousand Oaks location to give my special needs dog a bath. The ENTIRE staff was beyond fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

    Nice store, friendly staff, easy parking. They have had everything I’ve ever needed, and a couple of good discount programs that help with the total $ They have a dog wash, that’s like one of those coin operated self car washes. It’s about 20 bucks, which seems a lot, but your dog will mess up their place instead of your own bathroom. I do it occasionally, and it works out well with my 120 lb Rottweiler pup.
