- Reviews:On 6 Jan 2023 I had your company install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. All are working properly and your employee Donny was knowledgeable and cheerful. The concern I have are the water line connections on top of water heater. Photo attached shows shows a sharp bend in water line I thought was crimped. Donny assured me it would not be a problem and we checked when activated. I was stilled bothered today and so I wanted to show you what it looks like. It seems more line was used than necessary and so it’s the workmanship thinking this could have been made more cleaner using less line. I paid a handsome price and thought the connections could have been better. I also would like to know are permits required when installing water heaters? I was re-piping for a shift from a wall mounted faucet to a free standing faucet for my shower. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! From the first phone call to the conclusion of the repair, it was a great experience. The customer service people were friendly, knowledgeable and great follow up. The service technicians were A+! Jorge and Oscar were very professional and cleared my drain quickly. I thought I only needed a drain cleared (which they did quickly) but discovered a hole in the pipe so they called the office and within less than 2 hours a service repair tech was at my door. Austin (service tech) showed me what needed to be done and walked me through the process. I immediately had trust in him and asked if not only could he fix the leak but also replace the faucet and replace my toilet! He was able to quickly give me a quote and I approved it. He not only was very clever with his diagnosis in finding the problem in my 1881 old house he fixed bad work done from previous contractor and also found a small leak and fixed it very quickly. He was working for more than five hours and only charged $382. He cleaned up the whole bathroom after and was very knowledgeable and courteous. On the morning of Friday, April the 1st (not an April Fool’s post by any means) as I was going to my car to go to work, I noticed water pooling under my water heater. Needless to say I was not happy. At work (I am a high school teacher) I called Bill Howe plumbing to see if I could get my water heater replaced that afternoon. Well they were able to fit me in. Since I teach until 2:50 pm, I could not accept the 2-5 window. They were able to create a 3-5 window for me (I live very close to the high school at which I teach). I sent in pictures of my water heater which allowed the tech to bring a new H2O heater with him.
My tech was Darryl Fountain. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skilled. I like to watch professionals work and he was happy to explain all he was doing, answer all questions I had, and work efficiently. Darryl is a tech (plumber) I would absolutely recommend to anyone to work on any plumbing issues. I called Bill Howe because of amazing service and work from years ago, and this was in the back of my mind as I called Bill Howe plumbing that Friday morning. If you can, ask for Darryl. You will not be disappointed.
Having an older home, we had the unhappy experience of a pipe collapse under our bathroom/foundation. Bill Howe Plumbing to the Rescue! I didn’t realize at the time they did restoration. Feeling overwhelmed by a bare, jackhammered bathroom, I used their restoration services and I am so glad I did. Project Manager Guillermo Castro was so easy to work with and each craftsman that arrived was skilled, friendly, efficient…and they cleaned up after every project: demolition, install electrical/lighting, custom cabinetry, floor restoration and re-plumbing sink/toilet…I can honestly say they turned a miserable plumbing situation into an attractive, enjoyable remodel. Grateful!
Bill Howe is our go to plumber and they always do an outstanding job. Our sewer recently backed up and was overflowing into our yard. It was horrible. Bill Howe worked with us to coordinate a time asap, for which we were immensely grateful. As usual, they sent their best – this time it was David. David took the time to listen to our recount of the situation and thoroughly examine our property and pipes. He talked my husband through his recommended course of action and showed my husband the camera that he inserted into the pipes after snaking it just to be sure there weren’t other roots and things waiting. David also took the time to discuss how to maintain clean pipes in the future. He did a great job, was knowledgeable, and personable.
It’s been a couple of weeks now since David fixed our plumbing situation and everything is going great!
Great experience! The installation engineers were very friendly & professional – within less than four hours the old furnace was removed and the new one was installed. Pricing was good, too. I obtained one competitive bid.

Highly recommend this company, they’re currently assisting me with an emergency at my home. Dan was the first plumber I was in contact with, he was great! very professional, accommodating, and assisted me with several things that needed repair. Julien Miller plumber very professional, responsive, and patient. He responded to my emergency call, did an assessment and implemented repairs. Next person I talked to was Francisco Covarrubias estimator, from Home and Restoration Dept. Excellent customer service, it was great he speaks Spanish and walked me to the repair process. The two technicians from ESE Juan Medina and Eduardo responded and installed the air dryers. They called me 30 mins ahead of time so I could drive to my condo. Very professional, worked efficiently, and friendly and bilingual. I appreciate Bill Howe’s excellent service and that their reps and techs speak Spanish.
