a month agoPaid almost $50 for an 8 piece meal. First of all I did NOT order all dark meat. Did not receive the biscuits or the Mac and cheese. Did not receive the extra potatoes and gravy I paid for!! This restaurant is the WORST ever!!! I have yet to get a correct order from them and will NEVER go back!! Don’t waste your money, HORRIBLE!!!!4 months agoI ordered a no 9 which was supposed to have a chicken sandwich, they had to put it on two small buns. The fruit punch tasted like water and only got 4 fries. I forgot I supposed to get nuggets.Took it back and showed them the fires, they replaced them and gave me my nuggets. The workers was very nice about it. Very disappointed because this is the 1st time my food and drink was a wasted of $10.99 . Oh didn’t get a recipe. I want my money back but no recipe5 months agoThe original recipe chicken needs to be cooked a little more the chicken is really and sometime the meat is pink inside. Some people can’t eat the extra. So they so they have to rely on the original. Sometimes service is not very well they get the orders wrong or it take them a while before they come to the speaker and ask what you would like to order. Goodly one going inside they are. And this is at most KFC. And the meals her to high anymore for the same amount. For what I pay sometime it is cheaper to cook at home.3 months agoOur 7 minute wait turned into 16….and that’s AFTER waiting 15 minutes already! I get they’re short on help, but if you only have 2 people willing to work just close!a year agoService is not good. Had to wait time to get the food and fries are not fresh at all.

in the last weekI’m a firefighter/emt. I was working and exhausted today… just wanted something to eat. My partner and I stopped in between runs to grab a bite to take on the move, but had to go inside to order bc the ambulance is to large for the drive thru. I placed my order with a young man at the front for some nuggets and fries and drink. I stated, “can I get the fries large?” A woman who was standing beside the young man (who worked in the back), stated, “We don’t upsize, this ain’t Mc Donald’s.” (With a whole attitude as if i told her to go harvest me a potato, peel it, and cut it… fresh) My reply was, “I know how to read. I know this isn’t Mc Donald’s, was that necessary?” The disrespect and the comfortability of it was so telling. This woman, I can tell gets away with being disrespectful to folk bc I think people are afraid to say anything back to her. Well, I’m not done yet. I will make sure I get a hold of a manager tomorrow and make a complaint with their corporate head quarters bc she was just a little to comfortable with her disrespectful response. A simple, “we can’t up charge,” or “we don’t have that option,” is perfectly fine. But since folk feel the need to throw in digs, enuendos, and be extra, I’ll carry the same energy.a month agoEverything was horrible except ONE PERSON at the window..my bowl had a black plastic hair tye in the bottom of the bowl under my food. I was told to come back and I wasn’t given a refund which is what I wanted not another bowl. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with that exact location and they need to go out of business/ close down ASAPa month agoOrder was wrong, soda was flat, chicken was greasy and warm. I waited 20mins for a 2 piece. I waited 9 mins for a fresh biscuit.4 years agoService was so bad after 10 minutes waiting I tapped out and left. The chicken I cant even describe because I didnt even get any but I cant describe the service either because I didnt get any of that either. They might as well of been closed because I it feels like they were. That was a lame waste of time.6 months agoOrdered a 3 pc only got 2 I asked for extra crispy one wing was literally all Skin and one bite of meat the one breast I got was cocooned in tough skin but this one 3 bites that had no flavor at all. All together I just paid for 4 bites of chicken kfc has fallen so bad!

Do not go to this KFC! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with fries as my side order and this is what I bit into once I got home. I was served old, soggy chicken tenders instead of my spicy chicken patty and a small amount of fries. The fries were cold and look like they’ve been sat out all day! Just absolutely disgusting! The chicken taste as if it’s toxic waste, that’s how I know it isn’t fresh! Food also COLD. I would not recommend this KFC and I also will add who ever is on the shift at this location right now should be FIRED! This is sad and money well wasted.

They never told me they didn’t have no breast ,tried passing off for a thigh ashely they didn’t have no white meat but charged me for it. Supposed been a breast and wing meal but gave me a leg and thigh .don’t go there close to ,closing they,save all the white meat for themselves closing employee’s. And paying customers loosing out.
The wife and I have lunch every Friday while I’m at work. We went into this KFC and the experience was surprisingly great for a fast food restaurant. Monique was running the front counter and was an asset to the company. She was very kind and sweet. Had a smile on her face with every customer that came in. The food was hot and fresh. The cooks talked to us as well as the drive through order taker. They were all very kind and worked great as a team. If you are looking for fast food. I, without a doubt would hit this place while this crew is together they nailed. Great job, and keep it up.
We have the same girl help us every time we come in the evening. She is absolutely amazing.
