a month agoDon’t bother in ordering here, I just ordered online and they forgot everything, I got my refund but I wanted my food, they missed the fries, the sauces, the cutlery and a God damn straw, don’t even mention the meat was terrible, it was hard in one side i had to spit it out and literally leave the half to a side and the other side was super thick and slightly pink, and the outside not even golden brown that jawn was yellow like not cooked well enough and they forgot to put the pickles and it had waaaay to much mayo (in the picture I took out the excess mayo) like so unnecessary… so sloppy. Who ever is on online order duty has to improve.2 months agoFood was great, the service was fast.2 weeks agoTHIS TIME, the Chicken Pot Pies I purchased were fresh and perfectly cooked!The only con is that the price of the Pot Pies went up by at least $1.00! Well, we all know KFC is sky-high and rarely give out coupons! (The current economy sucks, too, because very few people are getting paid more, but the cost of everything — “from soup to nuts” — is so expensive 😖🤨!)
4 months agoNo major issues. They apparently don’t have the HBBQ wings either anymore or this location. I’m not sure when that started, but… Otherwise, food was fine. Service was okay, just not interactive. Pull up, get your payment, hand off your order, then just go. No one expression just mechanical. Maybe audio not working???3 months agoDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered through the KFC app, the door dash driver didn’t have the correct order then said he would drive back and get the correct order and never returned. After 2 calls with door dash, they still have yet to refund my money or bring me my food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

3 weeks agoTried the new wing dings. Very very small wings. To me they are a bit spicier than Popeyes ghost pepper wings both have good flavor. I love that they have the history of Colonel Sanders in the restaurant. I went and paid $45 for a family meal this past sunday! the chicken tasted like it was soaking in oil and old as hell! The biscuits were hard and seamed to of been old as well even the corn was dried up and old I can’t believe this location is still in business3 months agoVery rude weird cashier with huge fake eyelashes tells me to move from the drive threw wile there is no one behind me just because I just wanted to check my food. She tell me can u move because I am on a timer. What does her timer have to do with me they have messed up my order plenty of times there is nothing wrong with checking what I paid for

Ordered 4 piece chicken with fries, got watery mashed potatoes. Biscuit was hard as a rock and chicken tasted old. Never going back to this location. I used to love KFC, but after this I’m going to their competitor. A warning to you. I had to throw my whole meal away because the quality was subpar. Not worth it. Waste of my money. Additionally, they charged me for the sauces.
So I order online and had to wait a hour and a half just for them not to have anything. Sad because it’s really the only one in the neighborhood. But I’m calling Lmat in them because I have videos of employees doing whatever and not doing their job but charging people a handful for over cooked and old food !
They a bunch of little kids & the adults are so unprofessional I ordered my food they had everything wrong. I had to wait for them it’s supposed to be fast food they play around too much when I got my food. It was nothing that I ordered and then it took 15 minutes to get a refund. I suggest if you’re hungry and you want Taco Bell or KFC keep going past this one.
Waited almost 20 minutes in a line of about 5 cars while employees sat on the side of the building smoking and talking. This was between 9:05 pm & 9:25 pm I would have left if I wasn’t blocked in by other cars. Customer service was terrible, and the food wasn’t what you would expect from KFC. Last time here for sure!
We in 2023 why is this place so dirty inside? The walls inside, the floors inside, the counter inside!! And the manager having a good old time in the corner joking with her coworkers about nothing. That place needs a deep cleaning. Better yet knock it down and build it back up.
