- Reviews:Have been having issues with cell phone and was able to get a new SIM card and fixed the issue right away. I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and there no deal good enough to switch. Also I have never had a dropped call or a dead spot. I’ve always been able to call and be called and that how a great phone company provides!! We had to walk out and go to another store because they couldn’t handle a technical problem with the account and that there was no resolution from them. Two months later they’re charging the credit back and got nailed with a $360 phone bill and nobody will fix it. Issue stemmed from a guy completely wrecking unlocking our phone number from AT&T and either leaving my boyfriend with no phone or we could do a trade in so he would have a phone. Sales staff is an absolute joke, trade ins are a joke. JJ was AWESOME!! I came into the store with a couple of issues, screen and messages. JJ fixed me up in no time. I even got a Better phone with hardly any money!!! JJ was the BEST; I told him I wanted a good deal because I really wasn’t going to buy a new phone. Minutes later…new phone, little money out!!!
We came to the Verizon with specific things in mind, all were handled at the Tower Point shopping center, Verizon Store. Our sales person, Talor, was extremely knowledgeable and his assistance was over the top. He helped 3 special needs people at once and kept his patience. We are impressed by the people at this location!
