1. 9/19/2022, the sign says they are open until 7:00 pm, but the security gate is already lowered. I guess they don’t want to provide customers service!

2. We had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store thanks to Mario! We went in thinking it would be a simple visit as we just needed to upgrade 2 phones… our account was flagged for fraud recently (which we were aware of and we thought it was all sorted out) but we had to jump through some hoops to purchase any new service or phones. Mario got on the phone and started making calls to get our account back up and running. It took a lot longer than any of us expected but he was so patient and friendly during this long process. He kept us informed and was very attentive to us. It made all the difference in the world to have Mario helping us with his positive attitude! Thank you Vallejo Verizon and especially Mario!

3. My review of this Verizon location goes beyond the basic retail experience. It speaks to something that is ofter missing in retail today; interest and attentiveness to the customers. I visited Verizon in order to assist my father with replacement of his cell phone. The experience was a challenge because my father is suffering throught the early onset of dementia; he got lost on the way to Verizon and clearly required simplified explanations during our visit. On our first visit, our sales person, though quite nice, was more focused on selling me a bluetooth speaker than making sure that our purchase was truly complete. Because of that, our effort to complete dad’s phone activation did not go smoothly. A few days later, we return to get assistance with the activation.

   Verizon employee Zach, who had observed part of our experience on our first visit, stepped-up and made sure that our activation was complete. Further, having observed his customer and having been intuitive of the situation, recommended that we combine a GPS-capable watch along with the phone that would assist us in the event that my father had become lost or if other’s needed to track his location. I genuinely appreciate Zach’s attentiveness and diagnosis of our needs and the fact that he educated me on the value of his recommendation which has subsequently put my family at ease. I hope this review serves as a proper “Thank You” to Zach because he deserves it!

4. The communication between employees and management is laced. What one employee tells you the next day nobody knows anything about your issue and why your returning for an appointment. I was told to take my phone to Best Buy and have them run a diagnostic on it. Turns out the Best Buy I was told to go to does not even service Samsung phones…and still no one can tell me why I can get service on Mint mobile when my Verizon shows no service at the exact same time and place.

5. Don’t go in if you’re short on time. I had a mix up with trade in process where the only way to get it resolved was go in and get in person support.
   They have a wait time it’s best to just schedule a time good for you. I will be coming in person for every phone upgrade, just better seeing the phone in person and getting live feedback.
