She explained everything about my IPad 100 percent. She talks to you and makes you understand everything about your item. She assisted me with the set up making sure I knew how to work my IPad properly. There should be more Frans through out Verizon. It made the entire experience so bad that if I could avoid ever returning I would. But I did have to return with my elderly mother and we brought our own chair. I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max recently from Ali M. He did an incredible job setting my new phone up! He is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about technology. There wasn’t a question that I asked him that he couldn’t answer. Ali was so good that I took my parents to see him. They both purchased the iPhone 13 Pro. Ali set up their phones today. It toke them a month to figure out and failed. So I returned the phone and requested to close the account, the guy John never ever closed my account. I probably went 4 times not result. This morning I got a call for $1000 balance. Which I never ever used their service. I event paid $170 and never received $150 of it. I believe a guy (manager/owner) sitting and busy on his phone not helping anyone. He knows my name and he look at my eyes and ignored me. The district manager “Andy” and the store manager “Jake” are excellent. They helped my wife and myself get new phones with the best deal from Verizon last October (2022). They are very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Everything they told us about the deal turned out to be true: nothing hidden at all. I recommend them very highly.
Had a great experience here today after dropping my iPhone and cracking the screen. John was extremely helpful; he chose a few different options for cases and accessories and had them ready when I returned to the store (I left while my data and apps were transferring). The whole process of getting a new phone was painless and I really appreciated it! Thanks John!
John should be ‘Saint John.’ He was very courteous and pleasant to work with throughout the 2.5 hours I was at the store. He ensured that my old phone content was transferred correctly to my new phone and he answered my 20,000 questions with a smile on his face.

It’s not easy to find, but GO THERE! Mark Gainer helped me. He should teach a Master’s class on customer service. Not only did he help me with my new phone and customizations, he helped a senior enroll in auto pay at the same time. He made us both feel important. Mark is the Best!!! Thank you.
