I didn’t think I needed a receipt until I was looking at the warranty which required my receipt. I had to go back the next day to pick it up. This store is outstanding! This is the best service I have ever gotten at a cellular store. When I asked about upgrading at a corporate store, I was told “no, not possible without changing your plan”
It was possible at this store. They took the time and answered every question, set me up brand new phone with promotion and even kept my old plan…If you have tried other stores and aren’t satisfied, this store really goes above and beyond to do their best. I will be going here from now on.
Kenneth did fine getting me set up. However, I have lots to learn. I don’t get a ring when I get a phone call, nor anything that indicates I have a text that just came either. I don’t know where to look for rhe sound set up, etc. I am confused. Also, I got the watch, but that is not telling me anything either. Kenneth was good, I give him credit, but I am lost, so I will need some help.
