They even talked behind our backs when we were walking out saying “ that’s what you get. These are expensive devices “ what kinda costumer service is this! We called Verizon customer service and asked if we were able to get phones and they said we were eligible! We ordered 2 phones to get shipped to our address with no down payment!!! Complete scam! On 1/11/23 at the Verizon store, we experienced the best customer service. We were welcomed into the store by, sales representative Demetrius Turner. We were looking to upgrade our phones and he was helpful from start to finish. He even got us to purchase 2 Apple Watches. He was very detailed and ensured that we were making the right choices. Because of his great customer service, we will definitely be back at this location. Thank you Mr. Turner.
This store was great and the sales person that helped us – Michael Zarate was just incredible!! He delivered great service and was so helpful. I highly recommend Michael and this store
The guys were busy joking around with each other during our customer interaction. Charged $40 just to get help in the store. Smelled overwhelmingly like cologne. Doors were locked when we tried to enter. Weird place.
I had a very smooth experience setting up a land line equivalent with Verizon, and transferring a number from Xfinity. Mike was patient and helpful in dealing with the intricacies of the transfer.
Jose Calidonia was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to assist us in trading in our four old phones and seamlessly transferring all four lines from our previous carrier to Verizon!! He very clearly broke down/explained the plan we signed up for by walking down each line item in the 2 page bill. Our both kids live out side of Houston and he personally took their new phones to Fedex to ship them and tracked the shipments until my kids received them and all that time he kept us informed with the shipment status. With an infectious smile, Jose Calidonia stayed late, well beyond closing hours to help us activate new phones and transfer our entire data from old phones to new ones!!
