  1. Eric, Angela and Shane at the paint counter were AMAZING! They were so incredibly knowledgeable about the different paints, and what adjunct materials we would need for our painting projects. We are honestly going to become Ace customers now based on how helpful this team was for us. Eric went above and beyond by using an external site to really find us our perfect color. Ace is general is also a great place, with a lot of local treats to buy, and just sweet helpful people all around! They also let you have your dog in the store, which Pumpkin loved.

  2. I recently worked with Ken from Ace Hardware and All Pro Chimney purchasing and installing a gas fireplace insert. Everyone was helpful and professional. A couple of little blips were quickly made right. Highly recommend both companies. Looking forward to a snowy winter while enjoying a toasty warm fire.

  3. I dropped off a screen yesterday morning, and was promised a 5-day turn around. They completed the job the same day, and the customer service was excellent. All the people are friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else to have my keys copied because they always work. This is my go-to hardware store and I’m always delighted by the service.

I have been going to this Ace since I was a little girl and I love the fact you guys carry different brands of things that you can’t get at like home Depot .But I don’t know what’s going on there and if they took all there old employees from there to there new store. I couldn’t find anyone to help me and last summer there was always someone walking around asking if you needed help. The store still looks great. But the atmosphere has definitely change since there new store. Opend

    I wish I could give more than five stars to Ace Hardware Federal Hill! The people there are so kind and so helpful. I was having trouble on a home project and they helped me identify exactly what I needed. And when they didn’t have quite enough of the specific fasteners I needed in stock, they helped me locate where I could order more of them. It’s basically the plot of Miracle on 34th Street, except without Santa and with flanged screw insert nuts.
