On the next trip(3rd) to exchange a sweater (gift) for my cousin that was too small, I couldn’t find a larger size, so I bought a more expensive sweater only to have the previous bonus cash I spent on another purchase removed from the money I received back for the sweater I returned. That blew me away. Understand, I received no bonus on the purchase of the sweater. After I completed the return and bought a more expensive sweater, I was given more bonus dollars which I gave to a cashier on my way out of the store. Covid update- the line is socially distanced with markers on the ground. Instead of sneaking back and forth like it used to the line continues towards the walkway going into the men’s dept. I thought this was smart.
Holiday shopping has begun and they are prepared! There were so many staff around available to help and help point you in the right direction. Lots of open registers to handle the flow of the line which I appreciate. Registers have plexiglass.
Small selection of holidays sweaters but you may find what you like.
Don’t forget to head upstairs to look at bedding, home goods, kids clothing and shoes!
A nice 2 story Kohl’s with an Amazon Drop Off Center located in the back towards the left! So convenient!
Kohl’s staff is always nice and helpful.
-The juniors section is kinda meh, they carry the same type of clothing year round.
-This location has one the largest selections for home and home decor items I’ve seen. Bought a nice quality duvet cover set here. They even got tons of storage cube bins and bathroom sets and of course towels.
The store is convenient with great quality clothing items. There’s a decent variety of popular brand as well as less well-known ones. The prices are a bit high but they occasionally get good deals on select items and also the discount sections. The first floor is dedicated to clothing and accessories. The second floor is for other household items like bedding, exercises equipment, cooking, etc.
You can return Amazon items here if you get a code online to show the person that takes the returns. You don’t need to pack it in a shipping box or need a label to return to Amazon providing you go online beforehand to initiate the return to this location. There’s usually no line to stand in. I don’t know if they do it at every location so you need to check first. It’s very easy, and they give you a coupon to use in the Kohl’s store that day or in just the week to come. I return items back to Amazon here because it’s free to return stuff and you don’t have to print a label, just show the barcode you initiated before you came.
I walked in and couldn’t find an employee. I wanted to ask where the Amazon return desk was located. I asked the cashier. He sent me upstairs (Kohl’s returns). I had no issues at the Amazon desk. Kohl’s return clerk was helpful.
Pretty much everything you need. Really helpful in returning Amazon products. Staff knows where everything is at. And incredible deals. Seriously mind blowing deals. They also offer veterans discounts on Mondays.
