Very disappointed and as a customer disrespected don’t understand how this females have jobs with that type of attitude no customer service at all not sure how cooperate has not found about this this type of people should not be working in customer service

  4. As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you will regret it. Such squalor and so disgusting and filled with homeless people that live here, huge encampment and leave garbage across the whole entire lot. Garbage laying in front of the whole entire door entrance, every parking spot, absolutely everywhere. Piles and piles of trash. Overflowing bins, not that their used anyway.
    Avoid if possible.

    I walked in this store this morning to get something to eat while I wait for my bus, this store clerk complained about my backpack, saying store policy. There not gonna be responsible for anything coming up missing so I decided to keep my bag on me, and walked out. If thats such a store policy, then that should have been posted on the windows.

    Me and my son (5 year old) went to go buy these krabby patty toys for him since he wanted the gold SpongeBob so we came here. We found them and they were being sold for 2 for 1 dollar. There was 8 boxes so I took them since the chances are low to get the gold one. They rang me up and it came out to 18 dollars. I let them know they were advertising them for clearance sale for 2 for 1 and showed them as shown on picture. The wannabe manager came and said she can only do 2 of them but she will not do the rest making me put them back even after they had them on sale and didn’t even fix it. In Arizona Federal Trade Commission regulations say advertising must be truthful and not designed to mislead which this was. Under law of Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44. Trade and Commerce § 44-1522. Unlawful practices;  intended interpretation of provisions (a) The act, use or employment by any person of any deception, deceptive or unfair act or practice, fraud, false pretense, false promise, misrepresentation, or concealment, suppression or omission of any material fact with intent that others rely on such concealment, suppression or omission, in connection with the sale or advertisement of any merchandise whether or not any person has in fact been misled, deceived or damaged thereby, is declared to be an unlawful practice. Also law 35-14-111 – Misrepresentation of price. No person shall misrepresent the price of any commodity or service sold or offered, exposed, or advertised for sale by weight, measure, or count nor represent the price in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or in any way deceive a person. This was done to us by this so called manager who cussed in front of my child when she yelled across the store that it has been 2 mins where was the guy with the bike that was inside. Like really giving some guy 2 mins to shop… terrible manager, terrible service, breaking regulations and laws. I’ll give them a couple of days to reach out to me to provide me with the goods that were advertised before I report them to federal trade commission

    Went to the store on 27th and Northern store. The manager whos name is Jessie. Yelled at me for standing behind the counter. After he cussed me out then he told me to leave his store and take my retarted son with me. My son is 11 years old and Autistic. If these are the type of people they hire then they should no longer be in business. Believe i have called Autism Speaks and let everyone on social media about this. I am waiting for someone from Corporate to call me. I want his job, not accepting sorry.

    Been harassed 5 times already and twice in 2 days Sylvester is the worst manager he needs to work the store not always looking at the cameras and judge people. I lit my cigarette jumped on my bike to leave he called me back because i left a bag then said i told u about smoking in front of the store and said if i smoke in front of the store again im ban corporate needs to handle rhis before a lawsuit happens
