  1. This is one of busiest locations when it comes to dollar generals. I went in to get some laundry detergent and of course their shelves were totally empty of the kind that we use. There was a long line of people and the 2 cashiers were working as fast as they could.

Community oriented. friendly staff also affordable quality merchandise. only concern I have Is the overall look and condition of the inner store appearance. disorganized and cluttered very easy for shoplifters to walk away with merchandise. Appears that there is significant shrinkage by damaged goods

  3. Dollar General has the dubious distinction of being one of the worse stores to shop at in Poughkeepsie…

    Pictures don’t lie. Never will you find this in a all white community.

    The store is poorly Managed, the few staff that they do have are over worked, and it is also shamefully filthy everyday…

  4. My 14 year old child was profiled in this store. You cannot be blue eyed pale skin working in a minority populated area and profile a brown child who.also happens to suffer.from sensory processing disorder. I have always found this store to be unorganized but also, in this case you must be able to adapt to ur community. The manager who profiled my child name is Eric. Absolutely unacceptable!

    This place has went down from when I first started to shop here. Different management? Possibly. The store is fairly clean, but that depends on the time of day you get here. However I’ve never seen it completely a mess. Customer service is where the slack is, but for a dollar store what can you expect? Depending on who’s at the register will determine if you’ll have a decent overall experience. You might end up wishing that you went to another dollar tree, another dollar store all together. Today 08-25-21 @ approx 6:45pm I was not thrilled about my experience due to unprofessional, careless customer service. I also feel that these guys need to regroup and work out their breaks before the start of their shift. Be nice and kind to everyone because you never know who’s watching and or who cares about their self worth.

    Dollar tree not a dollar any more some stores are now considered dollar tree plus where they charge more a $1.25 for items such as frozen pizza cost like $5.00 before tax and other items along those lines ranging from $1.25 to $5.00

    Been to different dollar tree around the area. I would say this is the best dollar tree store..always neat and well stock. The staff are so nice and always willing to help. I wish all the dollar tree was like this store. My son 7 years old always save his coins and beg me to bring him here he also said that this store is his dollar tree favorite store👍
