I used the bathroom at the target and you couldn’t open a bathroom stall door because the toilet paper holder was not properly closed. 2. I was looking for detangler and I asked a worker. They had no idea where it would be and directed me to conditioner. 3. I tried to buy a switch game and I had to walk around for 5 minutes before I found someone to open the game case so I could get the game out. 4. The switch game I tried to buy was not in stock even though the website says it is in stock at this location. 5. Multiple pallets for restocking were in aisles preventing carts from getting by. 6. All of the lines to checkout were more than five people long. This is a one stop shop for beddings, clothings and life style product. The workers were really friendly and courteous. I also noticed the prices are very moderate. It’s pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a car in normal traffic. My daughter expressed that she only wanted LOL dolls for Christmas this year as we are on a budget. 1st store pickup at this inclompetent store was inside. I specifically told the cashier, to NOT let my daughter see the gift….she brings it to me from behind the counter walking in front of my daughter with the bag OPEN and my daughter yells… that’s Miss Glam LOL doll. I was soo upset!!!! I couldn’t say anything because I would have caused such a scene!!!! Next day…I decided to purchase another LOL doll my daughter really liked and the only Target store which had it in stock was this Orange CT Target. So I said, there was no way they could screw up Drive Up pickup…and when I arrived to the parking space, I lifted my trunk so the staff could put it in the back of my SUV. Simple right? NOT for this store. The staff passes the open trunk and brings the darn doll to my drivers seat window with the ….. doll in NO BAG AT ALL. My daughter says from the backseat…”okay…I’m gonna just pretend I didn’t see that one too!” I was HORRIFIED AND MADE HIM HOLD IT SO I COULD TAKE PICTURES. Mind you that the other packages are in a bag and some folded down. I just couldn’t understand it. If I can help it, I will never go back to this store. And I am extra irritated because I purchased a special wrapping and bow to elevate the surprise that was SUPPOSED to be wrapped extra pretty as a consolations for not buying any big ticket items due to the economy and inflation. Thanks Orange Target for ruining both of these gifts. Not to mention I visited 4 Targets tonight, dreadful Orange, Hawley Lane, Trumbull West, and N. Haven. All but Orange had stellar service which is probably why they were sold out of the items in demand and this one wasnt. I stopped shopping at Walmart YEARS ago because of their lack of customer service. Target is my happy place. I can relax and shop at the same time. Its ashame this store ruined it for me and my daughter during a child’s most exciting time of the year.By D.Beautiful One (a year ago)

I was just in your store today when I went to check out the lines were down to the grocery section. This is completely unacceptable. Who is managing this store and where were they?! There were 5 cashier’s open plus the self checkouts. I was in there for an hour and a half before I left my full carriage behind along with the other carriages full of restock that are sitting in the aisles. Your store needs more management and supervision by people who are more competent.
Nice store but the wait time at the registers are ridiculous. Went there at 5pm and they had 1 register open. The lines were all the way down to the food department. The fitting rooms were locked and there were no associates there to help open the doors. Went to return something at the return desk and then was no one there to help.
I don’t blame the staff.. I blame corporations who don’t pay well so people actually want to work.
I give my experience 1 star.
Shopping at Target is always a treat. Everything I shop for is always in stock, and easy to find. And of course I can’t help but check out all the new, fun items newly added. Target is spot on! Cheers!

Amazing staff that is always willing to help! Drive up service is amazing and always efficient with friendly staff. Can’t thank you enough for saving me so much time with your drive up services! On the rare occasion something is wrong with the order, they are very quick to fix and process a refund. Highly recommend!!
