It’s just ok. Used to be $1 for every item, but they increased it a little bit, but that’s a dollar store for ya. Walked in the store and saw not much variety until a few minutes in. The interior could use a little fix up, but once again, that’s a dollar store for ya.
The cashier was acting funny around me and my spouse. We brought some mugs, and she never wrapped them in newspaper or bags like they usually do. She was rushing to get us out. She even started to scan the next customer, and we were still waiting for our receipt. It was an awful experience.
2/7/2024 @5pm. The store in general is nice and has a good selection of items, I have no real problem with that. Unfortunately today, I came into the store twice, once in the morning and the second time in the evening and noticed they have a separate crew maybe changing some things around. The issue here is the supervisor and cashier verbally talking trash about the other crew. I had no problem hearing what the supervisor was telling the cashier and I’m sure everyone else in line had no problem hearing the same. Those 2 individuals seem to have a problem with change and higher up management needs to reevaluate its staff. It’s “Courtesy” and “Show” keys are lacking, needs to be addressed.
I do love coming to this dollar tree it. I always have an amazing experience. Sometimes, the store looks a little rough, but they manage to get it together. I just wish that on the busy days, they could use a little backup in cashiers. Lines get pretty long depending on the time and occasion. But overall it’s better than most stores.
They never have enough cashiers — and its always messy. Also— no music playing?
