  1. I will stop shopping here until they learn to add a separate line for returns and exchanges. Its an obvious solution to an issue that the management is unable to see and understand. Each cashier has to waste time on asking questions about credit cards that the lines are always nightmarish. This was the last time until this problem is addressed.

  2. Shopping here would be more fun, there are great items on the shelves, but I hate to check out! What is up with the 20-30 minute wait in line to check out?
    It may go “fast,” but seeing the length of the line on a random day, not associated with a shopping holiday, can put people off. I saw a few people walk in, see the line and then turn around and walk out…while I was standing in line. My husband doesn’t have the patience for it, so luckily we needed something at the Sprouts next door. He was able to pick it up, put it in the car, and the come back in and wait with me for 10 more minutes. Thank goodness I have the Kindle app on my phone because I was able to get through a couple of chapters in a book I was reading while standing in line! Uuugh!

  3. It takes a cashier on average 5 minutes and 3 seconds to ring up a customer, and the line was 40 customers long today. There were 6 cashiers, so I was stuck in line for over 40 minutes. I only measured because I’m used to long waits and wanted to measure how bad it is.

    To be fair, I occasionally come back for more because they have some nice stuff for decent prices. They just need to do something about brutally slow cashiers

  4. Please for the love of God do some thing about the line. I waited 50 minutes to buy a vase. It kills the entire vibe of the store. Some of the associates seem to be moving quickly and others don’t seem to have a care in the world. There’s at least 40 people in line every time I come to this location.

I’ve loved this location since I first visited, but the other day my infant was having a meltdown in the line cause mom wasn’t prepared with a warmed bottle😅 the employees escorted us to the front of the line for a quick checkout and told me if we’re ever in a situation like that again I can ask to me helped asap. I’m sure they wanted the screaming child out of the store, but they were so nice about it! This stressed mama was appreciative no matter the motive haha

    I liked the children’s toy selection & prices, while shopping for my niece & nephew’s Christmas presents. I was able to find something for everyone. Store was clean, pretty organize & not too busy. Tj Max at Town Square is a larger store with plenty of merchandise. I’ll be back again.

    Omg this store is a scary joke they have no music playing its like watching a TV show on mute. Omg it was terrible here. I found nothing but got a live comedy teenage laugh fest here with teen girls that had nothing to do but wait for their mother. It’s like it’s setup for problems. They have music but it’s very extremely faint and towards the back of the store. I truly loathe this store it was wack sad bad annoying hot uncomfortable irritatingly rude customers. bad selection of bad high priced clothing. Bad air. I will not be back unless they fix this horrible issue. Shopping in a quiet store where you get no good music but loud annoying talks everyone is in everyone’s conversation. Old Caucasian women are to bold at their age testing the young. Yes I was was looking and trying to shop but my first time I encountered all this how the people are doing it beats me but I don’t care for this store.

    This location is very nice, super clean and we were nicely surprised that the prices weren’t hiked up due to the location. Wasn’t very crowded which was nice. Oh and be sure to check out the clearance sections, yes, there is more than one!

    The lady taking the security sensor off my shirt clearly did it wrong and leaked ink all over my brand new white shirt! Now I have to go back to the store and get refunded.

    They have a limited selection of shoes and kid’s clothing but a wide selection of gym/fitness accessories, women’s clothing, toys and games, items for your pets, and home essentials. Lots of good finds here. Clean store. Very friendly staff.
