KUDOS for showing flawless customer service ! This store is messy and very disorganized, I’ve never seen a target like this one.
I love Target, but I don’t like low quality and high prices and I hate clutter… come on Target, get with the game! The store was so messy, couldn’t find my size in shorts and blouses, the shoe section was a wreck. I self checked out with two plastic shopping bags of items it was $250.00. Disappointing & Frustrating. Target, clean your store, organize your departments, reward the employees that show up and get the job done and lower the prices on items that need to be lowered. I shopped Walmart, Walgreens and Target the same day for the same beauty and toiletry items and Target was double the price. Really? C’mon! You got this Target!
I visited this location because I like their baby clothing section (specifically cat & jack) the reason for my visit was to take back cat & jack clothing (which the proof of my purchase can be found by scanning my target bar code) but was informed the policy had “just changed” and this location was NO LONGER ACCEPTING USED/WASHED clothing from the brand. I asked if this was for all target locations and the employee told me he was unsure. So i called a different location and they told me THEIR store’s policy remained the same and I would have no problem completing my return. Moral of the story I don’t understand why THIS specific location has a “new policy” while others remained the same.
As always, the drive up order experience at Target was a breeze, lightning fast, and my order was exactly correct. The team member was friendly and as efficient as the system Target designed. I’ve never had a single complaint about any aspect of picking up an order from Target, this time included. And I actually placed two separate orders. The orders were combined and delivered together, without a special request or prompt from me. Picked up both orders at once. No telling the team member who delivered that first that I had placed a second then waiting for the other order to be fetched. Absolutely seamless & headache free.
I wish I could leave a zero star. Starbucks took my order and then got two orders out before mine. When I brought it up as an issue, the manager told me to take my concern to customer service, and the Starbucks worker Bex had me attitude and continually gave me ugly looks while saying things to their coworkers. Bex seemed to have issues with me bringing their incompetence to the managers attention and had to go to the back of the store while I was receiving a refund for the poor service that was provided to keep their self from saying hateful things. This was the worst services I have ever received from Starbucks.
