  2. Ordered from online to be delivered to store. They would not honor the posted price. Or sell me a couple more at the price I paid. Ad said 18 piece tiki torch stake for 7.99. had a 5 dollar of coupon and paid it for 3.17 only got one. Tried to buy 2 more at 3.17 each. Manager said she would not do it. Lost my business and my friends business. She did not care. Bad customer service lost several customers over 6.34 . Go to Lowe’s they are honest.

  3. Last week I ordered a patio box and a storage cabinet from B’s. Once they had arrived in store, B’s called to offer free set up and delivery. I was so impressed! Oh, and the prices beat Amazon and everywhere else online.

    Very helpful staff. They were remodeling so the place was a mess. A very kind woman took me under her wing and helped me search for a Shop-Vac filter that only cost around $6. There are times in the past where I’ve called ahead asking about a specific part or piece of hardware I’m looking for and the person at the front desk already had it waiting for me without me even asking. Try finding that at one of the big box stores.
