- Reviews:I had never shopped here or any stores similar until last year. Omg I love it! I could spend over an hour in this store. This is the only Marshall’s I’ll go to. The staff is pretty much friendly all the time. I only have bad encounters with some of the elderly ones lol. I buy cat stuff, makeup, weight equipment, and shoes mostly. Ernestine (however you spell it) charged me twice for an item, didn’t great me with a positive attitude, bad service in general, and when I come back I mentioned it to her and she said I had to go back to the end of a long line, as she tells me that a couple minutes after leaves the register instead of helping me because of her mistake she just walked off. The 5stars are for the employees, who were very good about opening up several registers to accommodate the shoppers. More employees were on the shopping floor, and were actually assisting shoppers. I love their selection of gourmet foods. Many items are available to choose from for your furry friends (pets). Exceptional customer service, all the staff I encountered made sure I was finding everything okay. There was a bit of a line but they made it go by incredibly fast. I found more than what I thought I needed and the cashiers made my day by making me laugh and helping me save for the holidays and overall just giving good customer service. Highly recommend.
Daaaang! Marshalls is where it’s at! They have everything! Great selection great prices and great staff 🙂 my cashier was very friendly and sweet I wish I didn’t live so far I’d be in here all the time lol
A store Manager throwing a receipt at a customer ? The Manager at this store on 10131 Coors Blvd. should not be a manager, his customer service skills are very poor to begin with no matter how hard his day could have been. First, the cashier forgot to give me my second bag with my things but I have to mention that she was very kind and polite. I drove almost an hour away from the store 795 when I realized I was missing 3 things. I called the store, spoke to a supervisor (Karen) who was happy to help me and told me to drive to the nearest Marshall’s to get store credit. I show up and the manager told me that his store was very independent and that, Karen wasn’t a supervisor, that she was just another employee and that she was lying. I asked him to call the other store to which he said I needed to drive back to the other store and cHeck the cameras to make sure I did not get the stuff that I payed for. He gave me an attitude and turned his back at me. He made the call and he said things did not work that way to which I replied if he was going to help me and he said he wasn’t because I was giving him an attitude and threw the receipt at me in-front of other customers, my kid and the cameras. I hope Marshall’s corporation is able to return my money via mail because I won’t put a foot at their stores again.
They have very nice home decor, bedding, make-up, body care like lotion, soaps, face serums. The best thing to purchase is pet treats. They have an affordable variety for dog treats but not many cat treats.
Can someone please tell me whatever happened to customer service? If there is five of you behind the counter and only one person is checking people out and a line forms. Stop what you’re doing and service your customers. That’s how you stay in business.
